These people collect money in advance for Tiffin service, first 2 days I received food that too very poor quality. Not at all as per menu and after 2 days never supplied tiffin. They have blocked the number and now they dont answer. They do not have any office or kitchen. So beware while dealing with these people

I was pretty confused when i saw mixed reviews both extreme, then i decided lets try for a month, check the quality and food taste. i was very cautious while speaking with the person. i specifically mentioned what i require and what they are offering in Lunch and dinnerMenu.I was merely shocked and surprised with the taste of the food. its delicious and decent food meal like we used have at home. they missed one or two times delivery time with 30-40mins delayed. which is obviously. not every is superman or F1 Racer. I understood especially in this pandemic. i would recommend you give a try and i will assure you wont be disappointed.

Let me share my personal experience with Divine foods. I joined monthly mess with divine foodsThey will contact you over phone and will offer you very good menu and then they will send you bank details to deposit money. Once you transfer money the nightmare starts. At the beginning they give me worst food and that too irregularly and every time they will give you a reason that we will sort the issue in 2 to 3 days food was pathetic. When I called them they said they have distance issue unable to deliver on time and food as per agreed menu.Then the 2nd nightmare that they cannot supply food also and they have no refund policy. So in short they deceived. Pitty on such organization who make such money by deceiving people and doing food business.So my request to all those who are reading this be careful at the end you will be loosing your hard earned money.I even doubt if they have a trade license in dubai to operate.So friends be careful do not trust the words of that once they take money they will disappear.CheatersNot professionalBad quality food

The chappatis and meals feel like home made comfort food. Very useful for monthly meal delivery for single people / office meals. Highly recommended. The worst food you can get.My lunch is delivered at 6 am.When i complained they arranged another delivery.They dont have their own restaurant.When i complaint the lady said many people eat from there.The rice stink.If the rice an fish curry(i only got the head of fish which no one cooks) she said many people eat from there and noone complained.I realised they dont have a restaurant.They just co ordinate with the cheapest restaurants around your area.I should have known there is something wrong when the lady kept insisting on doing the bank transfer even before the delivery started.The food stinks.They will send you the cheapest food possible.Imagine your lunch being delivered at 6 am everyday even after you raised the complaint.They dont care because they dont have a kitchen.Im a fool to pay for 15 days in advance .Please dont ever trust them.They will never speak to you on the phone.Its all on whatsapp and bank transfer in advance.And the cheapest restaurant around your area will deliver previous days food as lunch.Every day I had to order food from other restaurant.All those good reviews you see here are from their employees and friends.If my review is wrong I ask them to come to my place and eat the lunch and dinner which Im being delivered everyday.In short there is nothing home cooked.Its cheaper you contact the restaurant directly.

So guys please be aware of this company or Dabba system services that they provide. You will have the worst experience ever. The food is horrible. You will have some lady by the name of Grace who would attend your calls, who would sound extremely sweet at the beginning but the nightmare begins when she has the money transferred in her account (1 month dabba/ Tiffin Services) paid in advance. You will have other reviews which are very good but keep in mind that it might be their own people who are giving such reviews. They had given me an alternative solution of providing me food from some other chef because I didnt like the food that they were going, but to my surprise they did not arrange an alternative and also did not return my money. They charged me 574 AED for 3 times meal a day for 30 days but they are actually paying 400 AED to the local restaurant and no wonder the quality is bad for the food that the restaurants give. PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! They will only cheat you. Even 1 dirham is very important for each one of us in this situation. I am next going to complain to the local authories as well regarding their Horrible service and duping customers.
