One thing about the experience that it was seamless and wow. Customer service was great and plus everything related to change of infotainment was explained in detail and it went perfect. Will surely go again for my other cars and will recommend to others too.

Ive just got my car back from having Apple Carplay installed. I really do like these guys. Their pre-sales explanations were awesome and I asked some pretty tricky questions as Im very techie indeed. I was also worried as its a pretty pricey luxury car, but I neednt have worried. They installed the product and I honestly could not tell that they had been there. Not a single scratch and the unit perfectly fitted the space left by the factory unit.As I say, Im a techie and a perfectionist and I have tried every possible button/option/setting in the car and there is not a single thing out of place. First off when I messaged the owner, he got right back to me within a few hours. In the UAE, that is rare. Secondly he answered all of the questions that I had to put me at ease. I booked an appointment and met the technician at his shop. The surrounding area is a little umm yeah… But dont get that mixed up with the service and quality of work. My android touchscreen looks and works amazing. The technician showed me how everything worked, also updated a few apps and gave me a few videos to listen to while I drove away. We also updated the headlights and the technician did that for us as well. I am very happy with the service and quality of work.

The guys at AUDIODIRECT are professional and clearly know the job. I was installing the latest 2019 Thinkware U1000 Dashcam on my Peugeot 3008. The car itself is a beauty outside, but a jungle of messy wiring hidden behind the panels. I was confident to do the hardwiring myself, but when I opened the panels, I decided to leave it to the professionals. The guys here arranged a parking space for me but since I delayed, the spot was taken. They finished the work in a little over 90 minutes which is fast in terms of the alignment of the device, testing, connecting and concealing the wires discretely. The work was very clean with zero confusion and the guys were friendly enough to describe what they were doing. Overall a great and quick job hardwiring the Thinkware U1000. I would definitely recommend Audiodirect for their professional expertise. Thank you.

Visited couple of so called audiodirect outlets in various locations just to understand the reality, here are my observations.1. It seems audio direct dont own the shop, instead kind of tie up (well it might not matter if the positive reviews were too good to be true). The shop in naif is a bare bone local shop that just keep few products from sony, pio etc, just that. They dont have any know how even about products from jbl and brand upwards. Dragon mart shop is in another level, the Google mentioned shop is a mobile and general trade shop. You might see audio direct sticker outside in naif area.2. You can walk in as a customer to these shop to get a decent price, the moment you take audio direct name, the price are inflated by a huge margin.3. Their prices are way too high than market price. Its just a rip off if you dont know what and where to buy. The only thing is that the guy seems to speak well.4. If you need normal brands like jbl, kenwood, jvc etc, go to naif area and you will find plenty shops with all products there. If its premium brand, either al quoz or buy from the respective authorized dealers. Google is your answer here. They treat you very well and might offer a better price. There are many such installers in al quoz area and Ive personally visited multiple shops who do such installations and prices are same or comparitievely less than international prices. Dint want to name them as this is a specific review and dont want to cross post.5. Majority points in the negative reviews where the owner marked as fake reviews are true to a greater extend. Ive experienced it personally. I could have shared the photos of so called audio direct outlets here, however UAE law doesnt permit you to take photos of private places without their consent.6. Im sure the owner will bombard to this review, however it doesnt matter and never hide the truth. You cant just survive by paid promos and reviews. When i say this, i carry forward extensive audio experience of 15+ years, even with high profile brands like wilson audio, bagend, naim etc, name to few. Ive personally set up multiple theater systems in home as well as car audio (why i say this because the people who watch this review should not feel that its a noob, fake review)7. If you respect your money, go somewhere else where your money and time are respected and to get service competence. STAY AWAY!!In response to reply from owner below, i am no where related to such organizations and above review is based on what i saw in real and is strictly personal opinion. For legal case, i have a legal team to take care and can fight this in court if you feel like. Bombarding on negative reviews doesnt help you grow, instead focus on rectifying issues. NO THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. charged me 3 times the value of the unit and 4 months now and no one ever contacted me to fix my issue, the owner kept promising and never responded. Never emailed me the warranty as promised. They messed up all the wirings, cut my reverse light wire to install the camera which basically gave me open circuit error and my reverse light is just ON the whole time and all the other lights kept blinking, the camera itself literally kept falling out. The navigation console unit was not fixed correctly. The guys had no idea what they were doing, connected the 4 speakers directly to the unit and made it work, the 2 small speakers and the woofer was not working as the amp wasnt even connected because they were supposed to connect to the amp so everything would work correctly which they had no idea about. Had to go to a Mercedes Professional to get it done again along with getting new wiring done not even going to mention the time and money wasted again to get the whole thing together. SO NO THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW.

My experience with AUDIODIRECT was amazing. I was in touch with Mr. Inayat through the entire process of fixing the car play in my BMW Z4. He was very cooperative to answer all my questions and helped out as much as he could.I was a little skeptical at first because this was my first time getting the job done out of the agency. AUDIODIRECT made the car entirely different making it out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. I would highly recommend working with them if you are looking to upgrade the car navigation and/or musical system. The technical team lead by Ismaeel and Suhail manage the conversion very professionally. Great service by Mannan and the guys - a touch under 2hrs to replace the head unit and install a rear camera in what was previously a non-functioning 2009 RR Sport system, including maintaining the steering were controls. A really neat and tidy install with anew Pioneer unit CarPlay for a great price = Happy Wife!!

Jamshid was very helpful and provided various options. He methodically trouble shot the audio issue on my Z4. Extremely happy with the service and speediness to accomplish. Will go back again .

Not that much professional as their showing and there is no shop by this name found, only what I feel, itz a 3rd Party promoter on commission basis or else and forwarding the customers to his known places and they are charging more than any other places and with the big expectation I went their but didnt fullfilled my thirstiness of sound, didnt reach satisfactory level even by spending 2k dirhams.

Poor work & installation | Overcharging more than 180% than the market value for Android system.I had an android device installed by autodirect on my car few months back and after the first month i suffered alot of electrical issues. My reverse light would not work and mostly the reverse light and sensor would be on and beeping entirely even if my car is switched off. I went back to autodirect and I didnt get any valuable feedback or any fix from there side.Due to this situation recently I had taken my car to an auto Electrical garage and they were totally not happy with the wiring done by autodirect for my android system and as well reverse camera. I didnt expect such kind of feedback. Mr salim was good the helper he had I still remember he was too harsh while removing the parts also while doing the wiring at autodirect. It affected my cars CAN BUS circuit due to an open circuit error. Due to that my reverse light was on either all time and the sensor too.There is many similar feedbacks related to this and Im not complaining but I never expected such a situation this would mess up my car and I had to put my car in the garage for 9 days.Plus for the system you have installed your team have charged actually more than 180% of the actual market price which is 3 times the actual value.Its too disappointing really.Open circuit and CAN module errors literally kills each electrical component one by one of the car. And my car unfortunately suffered that many of my modules was short circuted.I wouldnt recommend anyone going to install a system without a correct knowledge given by the team while installation. My review was the best for auto direct when it was installed but then the problems which my car has got due to this poor wiring and lack of knowledge lost my respect towards this range of shops - Autodirect.

On continuation to owners responce to Udhay Valsans review I have perticulerly asked audio pro people if they where a part of audio direct but their answer was no...and they where never a part of audiodirect.... warrenty comes into effect only after you finish installation. By the way it was not only one system you installed in my car but u had tried installing 2 different units and both had problems for this alone i had come down to your shop 2 times (which was the time I had given you to rectify the issue ) but your team failed to do so . And I still dont understand how you charge some one for not doing a work properly ?

Audiodirect has another shop in the same area where I went..I thought they were very well and good..but guys!! Please dont go by the reviews here.. i have had a bad experience here..i bought the player for 900aed whereas its not worth it.. they have messed up the wiring inside and when we went to service v noticed they have stuck it using the glue..pics attached.. the radio antenna was not fixed properly.. they dont tell u if the other speaker or hoofer is connected. I have not received the bill which I have followed up. I spent additional 450 for getting this sorted.. IF YOU CARE FOR MONEY AND QUALITY, SUGGEST YOU NOT GO HERE!!!

I had a bitter experience from these guys. I also went there reading the comments and 5 star rating in Google, FB an all.I have been to this place for installing an Android car stereo for my Subaru WRX STI on 13th august 2020. They installed an Android 10 system which I was looking for and told me everything is working fine. I waited there for almost 4 HRS for the installation. On the way back all the LIGHTS STARTED BLINKING in my center console. I immediately recorded a video and had sent to both the staff and so called owner (proof Available). They asked me to return the next day i.e. on 14th August 2020. They changed the entire system to a new Android 9 telling that the old system installed was faulty. Again had to waited there for 3 HRS for the re installation. They checked everything and told everything is fine now. Again on the way back the entire system got switched off and was not working (proof available). Next day i.e. on 15th august 2020 I went there again for checking and they were not even able to identify the fault and the answer was IT WAS THE FAULT OF MY CAR!!! (4 HRS again) Then I asked them to remove the entire unit and install my old existing stereo. When I told that they charged me AED 250 for the installation of a system THAT NEVER WORKED.SO IN TOTAL I WASTED AED 250 AND 11 HRSI waited for a week and found a genuine guy (AUDIO PRO) to get the system installed and now the job is done with perfection and everything works fine. Work was really professional and everything is working fine now. NOW THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH MY CAR SO THE PROBLEM WAS WITH AUDIO DIRECT!!!WOULD HAVE PROBABLY GIVEN A NEGATIVE STAR IF GOOGLE PERMITS

My first audio upgrade after using 8 years of standard audio of VW Touareg. I hear and feel different in sound quality. I have got many features including good quality bluetooth music, google map and other good apps. It is a plug and play installation, no modification work from the original wires. Pretty clean work by the guys. Got a sound system upgrade to my corolla (apparently my neighbors are mad now). Want a system upgrade? This is is your one stop spot. Only a few minor changes I would recommend is to be careful when handling the interior of the car...be patient and take it slow dont be in a hurry in order to avoid coming a second time. Other than that these guys know what they are doing. Would definitely recommend anyone to check it out.

Great work and very well priced. Installed my dash cam in less than 30m and did a great job with cable management.Whilst everything looked fine afterwards, the eagerness to remove panels was a little disconcerting at the time due to how aggressive they would. Again, everything was fine, but maybe more of a gentler approach would reduced the owners anxiety!
