Extremely poor quality service. I did a major service for my car and paid for all the spare parts. But, found out that they have not changed the spark plugs, just cleaned half area of engine top side by lifting the top rubber cover. While doing so, they broke the cover and damaged the locking pin. Raised a complained by calling them on phone and sending emails, but no response at all. Please avoid getting service done by them

More than 24 hours for a car service is not interesting...Car wash was not good...

I booked an oil change and A/C refill for a Range Rover vogue and made it clear several times it was for a diesel car. I was asked to provide the chassis number and number plate which I did and was told to wait at 6pm for their team to arrive and confirmed 2/3 occasions by them diesel car engine oil change is fine.On arrival he said he did not have the oil for diesel only petrol so I requested they just fix the a/c. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the right tools for this type of ac.Please make sure you check you can actually offer the services you provide to avoid wasting time on both sides going forward.

Very happy with the efficient service provided by a helpful, friendly team. Recommend to anyone who is confused on which is the best garage in Dubai. Really liked the idea of professional pick up and delivery in a recovery truck, which definitely gave me peace of mind when i gave my car

Terrible misleading service. They offer on-site flat tyre repair, but is just flat tyre replacement. Anyone can replace a flat tyre, why would u charge 80 DHS for that? also they claimed they were coming in 1 hour then they came the day after.

Absolutely not!!!It took me a while to rate this but the experience was so appalling, that I just thought you need to consider before using their service.I sent my car to them last August, with the concern over the noise when I was driving at low speed. They told me that they have identified the issue and performed some checks. Few days later, they called me to tell me that there’s nothing wrong with my car and wanted to charged me about dhs600+. That’s for carrying out the checks, which was supposed to be for the issue. After complaining to their customer service, they charged me dhs467 , for changing 3 wipers. They mentioned it over the phone specifically, that if I don’t pay the amount, they will not release the car. I needed the car, so I paid up. The driver that returned the car to me was rude and took his time to do his paperwork inside my car while I waited under the hot sun. After the driver left, I found out a few minutes later that my ac vent adjusting blade was broken. I sent an email to them but no one bothers to reply.Truth be told, when the first driver came to pick up my car, he was polite and told me to write down my concerns. But the event that took place after, it was just simply appalling !!

Great service, quick efficient and reasonably priced. Have been kept up to date with progress verbally and through sms updates. Would definitely recommend using them and will again

The process was good and smooth.Just make an appointment with call center or mobile app, they will pick car on time.Only concern spare parts cost higher then market price and labor charges are too expensive.Overall experience good.

Really frustrated with their customer service people and the company itself. No proper update and only false promises. Still struggling to get my car back which I gave 3 days back for a normal service.

Poor customer service, poor advisors that will tell you any thing you want to hear and nothing is done as promised.No need to say, received my car beyond the promised date. No transparency or trust whatsoever.They will not even allow you to see or check your car before you pay them for things you don’t even know they fixed.

Sent the car for 120K KM major service, along with break pad change and some spares to be changed. Usually it takes a max of 1 day in authorized service centre to fix these issues and now its been 3 days already and am still waiting for the car. Escalations do not help and all that i got is empty promises and commitments which are never met, that too after calling them for over 50 times in 3 days. They took 1 day to send me the quotation, another day for them to procure the spare parts and 1 day to fix the car and its not over yet....still waiting for the car .These people just do not understand how auto service works, so go there only if you are OK to leave your car for 3 or more days for routine services. God knows what would happen in case of a major issue with the car. They probably assumed that its just OK for the customer to be without a car for few days or atleast thats an idea I get from their casual approach and attitude. Overall a very poor customer service.PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GO TO AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER

Very impressed with the way they collected the car and performed the checkup remotely and sent the video.Great people and good team, but the service is a total ripoff because it is very poor value. Dont fall for the lure of the cheap service with free pickup and delivery, essentially the AED 340 I paid was for pickup and collection, and an overpriced oil change. Everything else you can do in the original dealership for a lot cheaper.The company and the team are very professional but unfortunately they kept my car for 5+ days without any service. The advertising is misleading at best. They say they do a lot of service actually they only do an overpriced oil change. They sent me a huge bill for additional parts and additional services, however I got a quotation from the official dealer for less than half of that they were charging me.

I sent my car for the major service package.Since my car was delivered back to me 8:30 in the evening, my air conditioning was not working anymore.My air conditioning was working just fine.I have contacted the complaints department regarding my problem.I was informed that someone will contact me back with in 24hour, its been 48hour and still no call back.

Transparent and fairly priced. Would wholeheartedly recommend their services. My representative AJ was in frequent communication regarding what was being done and the timeframe for completion. He even went the extra mile proving a nice surprise for my kids who were stuck at home bouncing off the walls while car was repaired. Thank you to Servicemycar.ae and AJ.

The worst customer service ever !! Please do not deal with them as they will keep you in the dark for days and days without any response..approach at your own peril and if you enjoy a splitting headache..And to top it off, as a reward, you get a nice fat bill !! Disgusting..
