I got a brand new Hyundai Creta from them which had all options. I must say happy with their service and confident to see that they have locations all over Dubai.

Car was delivered on time within the time frame at the hotel. I called them to pick it up from my office and they sent the driver to collect it without any charges. Happy with their service. Surprised to see the variety of cars they have. Keep up the good service.

I was surprised to see that the car actually arrived within 2 hours of time frame where the agents asked for a window of delivery. I was lucky to receive a brand new car which only had 50 kms and smelled brand new. They also offered me a free delivery as I was renting it for a month. The entire delivery process was easy and security was returned within 14 days as promised.Happy with their service and would suggest them to anyone who wants to rent hassle free.

Overall good experience in renting a car from JLT. Unfortunately I could not return the car to same location so their drivers came and picked them up from Dubai Marina. I like that they are flexible and good in returning the security within 7 days.It is hard to find good car rental companies that is why I always rent cars from Amex. I would recommend them to everyone as I had a good experience in renting a car.

Poor service and high price for nothing. Are 4 months that Im using their service since i cant change with another car rental due my new visa processing and they provide me 3 cars all extremely dirty and full of failures. Now Im using an Accent that ive let them knows that the tires are damaged, all 4, since weeks and they ignored my request to change a car. Now Ive just been stopped by police since the back left tires is completely down (and Ive pumped twice today) Ive tried to call them but none of the in charge persons is picking up the phone call.One star is even to much. Avoid them as the bubonic pest!

I was surprised to see the instant booking confirmation and within 10 minutes I received call from their agent to ask the delivery address. The entire staff was cooperative including the drivers who came on time for delivery and pickup.About the vehicle, it was in good condition and had navigation and child seat as well.
