I looked for the best place to change my car paint from the current paint called Gun Metal (Silver) to Gloss Black , I met with the manager of Zoo by trifid her name is Marrah , I told her what i wanted she showed me around the place and the works they have done , I witnessed it myself and was amazed by how good their work was , This made me realize that my car is in the right hands. The way Marrah handled things so professionally made me want to do more services from them like Exterior Nano Ceramic Coating and interior detailing. I left my car for a few days and it did not take very long, I collected my car and the work done on it was mind blowing it was marvellous so professional and very clean down to every detail. Special shoutout to Marrah for such an amazing job , she is very good at what she does. She should definitely be appreciated and promoted for the effort she puts in. Handling customers and her business so well. I totally recommend Zoo by trifid for Painting , Deatiling , Nano Ceramic Coating Or applying Paint protection film or doing any kind of smart repair or whatever it is you name it they have got it all.

Well I don’t know about experience of others that gave a miserable rating but mine was great. Went for window film installation and the job was done to full satisfaction and a reasonable price.Friendly and very accommodating staff.

Amazing work and fast.

This company is so unorganized. I book the first time and they tell me it’s fully booked. I book for the second time after a week from the first booking and they confirm it. I plan accordingly and last min I decided to get the location and they inform me that it’s fully booked to change my booking again!!! They can’t even manage there own schedules properly.

Have to say its a surprise for me. Its definitely worth recommending and the money valued for sure. I have tried other places, either the price too high or they cannot solve my car issues.

Very unprofessional with the way they handle their clients. They are ridiculously late with their delivery times, a simple car wash there can easily take up to 3 days. All in all very poor, it’s a mystery how they’re still functioning

Dont be fooled by these fake reviews, as a person who has worked at this establishment I can assure you that theres no work ethics nor customer respect.The management is in complete denial of what is going on. The quality being promised to customers does not exist in anyway.I really dont recommend dealing with Zoo by Trifid, a company that would likely give you a free car service, but in reality they are just testing on cars. (TRAIL AND ERROR PHASE).

Don’t get fooled by them.. no organisation, no meeting deadlines, no quality control, no system, no customer support and disrespect towards the clients. Don’t take your car there even if they offer it for free!!!

The worst garage in the UAE, its a place where they dont pay employees and they cant even afford operating the place. Should be closing down soon.
