The people working in this tire shop are careless. I cam there for wheel balancing. After i repeatedly told them to be carefull in handling my newly painted rims but their technician managed to drop one of them face first damaging it. On top of that the other guy removing the stud nuts managed to damage the face of the rim using the pneumatic wrench. Such a disaster, the hassle they have caused me to bring the car back to the shop for repainting is such a nightmare!!!

Bad servicesI fixed new tires but still i have vibration while driving the car 120 km to 140 km .. and this is the third time to visit them for the balancing

I had visited the Mirdiff branch and was recommended to change the brake oil for the car. However they said that they so not have stock for brake oil and that i need to buy the same and come back to them.Once i got the brake oil , they say that their equipment is damaged and cannot change the brake oil. I was told to call other branches to check if they can do it. Called the Gharoud branch and Diera branch and they too do not have the equipment.

Terrible service and management attitude. Bought new tire and they fitted an almost two year old one without even mentioning. Picked up the car without checking, the next day they refused claiming it is used now. Complaints on their website with no proper response. Bunch of crooks.

Amazing service and pricing. Came to replace all 4 of my tyres with a new set of Michelin Primacy 4 (215/55 R16). The total price after an AED 160 discount (due to an ongoing promotion at the time of me posting this review) was around AED 2000 including a 5 year/70,000km warranty and free tyre rotation every 10,000Km, which seemed very competitive in comparison to a couple of other tyre shops that Id called to check. However, I find it best to call up and confirm if your vehicles tyre size/model is available before coming to the service centre, since my cars particular tyre size needed to be ordered from another tyre plus and shipped to this particular centre. All the service advisors were extremely polite and were able to answer any doubts that I had. The service centre and waiting area were both very clean and well maintained. The petrol station (which its located in) had 5 restaurants surrounding it, making it very convenient to grab a bite during tyre changes/routine servicing. Overall, an extremely satisfying and hassle free experience :)

Got my ALL of my rims badly scratched while replacing tires for new Michelin tires!! Just because of uncaring, negligence and disrespecting clients’ assets!!!! Very disappointing for the amount of money paid!!Avoid at any price!!! I wish the management would get in touch with me to discuss the matter...

The administration is very cooperative and an excellent reduction has been made, and you can replace the tire positions every ten thousand kilometers in any of the Rostamani branches ..
