Compelling service, great valueShibu arrived within 30 minutes to help, notwithstanding the holiday as I was stranded. He was knowledgeable about batteries (I am not) and offered multiple options.I sent him my location. He msged me once to announce he had arrived. Replacement was quick and smooth, it isn’t rocket science however.He waited for me to restart the car until the engine was smoothly running. Finally, he proceeded to invoice. Besides a Tax invoice for the total amount agreed (including BAT). he also provided a completed warranty card.I have saved his number, to share with anybody who may need.What would you say to top class service when Mercury is hovering around 45c.
