I had my tyres change here twice since its closer to my house. The mechanic who did the job was attentive and polite. They have a waiting room and water there too.

They charge very high rates, but the service seems to be fine.

Last time i visited the shop. No proper response.no friendly staff. More expensive price. They didnt tell price,after work only they will confirm the price. For payment ,i wait more than 20 mins. Personally i recommend to its shop. High price low quality

Worst service ever. Dishonest staff said he had the tyres in the shop then kept me waiting over an hour and a half whilst he kept saying tyres on the way. Really regret ever giving these people my money. Never ever coming back

Zero transparency, they will not give everyone the same price.... I payed 600 dhs for tire and rod alignment he told me same as last time but the time before it I payed less for sure. And the alignment was not good as the car now goes to the right side and vibrates when I brake or when driving af 110-120 kmh.

Had the worst customer, product & technical knowledge gap experience today.I bought tyres from them 3 months back, i was told that after every 10,000km you can come & we will do the rotation, alignment can be done with a charge. I was happy till what happened today.The manager is always strict and non-negotiable on price which is fine if the services rendered are equally good too.The alignment took place, i drove the car and the car wasn’t aligned and was going to right. I went back to the shop, one of the staff sat in my car and we were stopping every 200-300 meter on the roadside and he was fixing it manually, resulting the alignment never to happen. After a struggle of 1 hour i was told to go back to the shop.Here we are again, doing alignment again, took out the car and this time car going to the left side, we followed the same exercise, stopping on the roadside to do manually for another 1.5 hour.The activity drained me mentally as i was frustrated and aggravated in anger that i wanted to shout but opted to no do that as i will only loose my energy.If you visit this particular branch, as soon as you enter, the manager will come to you, ask you what u require, will quote you the price and the process starts, but he never checks if the customer was satisfied upon finishing the task.I am not going to visit tyreplus ever again in my life and will advise people with good mind to be careful too.

I went to this shop from pitstop to replace my tyres and had to wait for 2 hours.During routine checks the mechanic mistakenly kept my ac on without switching on the car engine and my battery was fully drained.Very next day the same battery was OK and running.However they have good professional and knowledgeable guys performing Wheel Alignment so I would prefer all to go for wheels alignment in this shop.I dont suggest buying kumho tyres due to its extremely weak performance and rubber quality.Overall Hankook tyres are the best having superb road grip and less road noise.Thanks

Very bad performance on warranty issue. You could face manipulated Tyres. Photos show a flat one of one month as new and did not have any puncture.

Neat, clean, lot of parking outside, less waiting time, fast service.This week changed 4 tyres, did balancing, brake pads and alignment as well. Service was quick, staffs were friendly. Tyre prices, got good deal compared to other shops.Only thing hit back was after balancing, car steering was shaking once car crossed 100 KM, got back with this complaint and they re-balanced it and fixed the issue on very next day. Also got one Power bank as Ramadan gift (cool gesture).Recommended.

These guys sold and installed “Pertec” pads on my vehicle which damaged the disc brakes and their performance is worse than the OEM pads.Avoid this place at all costs.

Bad experience at the shop. I changed my Tyres last December. Once I left the shop the car was shaking. They even lost the tyre cover and Mahmoud asked me to get it somewhere else and bring the bell.. I will never come back

Went for AC gas and engine oil change. Topped up with some unknown brand of gas and oil and charged a premium. Check thr prices before buying or getting anything done. Otherwise u will surely end up getting cheated. Never going to visit again.
