Contacted Batteryandwheels when my car battery died. Had a fantastic experience of dealing with them right from getting the quotation upto finishing the job satisfactorily. Competitive quote for batt replacement was given; technician arrived on time and he was very knowledgable, friendly, patient and service oriented. Infact, car gave trouble after few days and they unhesitantly sent the technician to fix the issue. Overall had a very pleasant and smooth experience while dealing with them. Would recommend them anytime.

Wonderful service! Mr Syeds customer service skills are just incredible. Within 15-20 minutes after I called Syed one of his team arrived at my location. Syed kept me updated via whats app on the arrival time also which was lovely. The gentleman who arrived to replace my battery was called Johnson and he arrived with a lovely smile and such a nice personality. He told me to sit in his van in the cool AC while he was fixing the battery, such a gentleman! He removed and replaced my battery in around 10-15 minutes, I paid by card and it was finished & I also got 1 years warranty!. Such a wonderful easy and flawless service from start to finish. I am so happy I found this company and a huge thank you to the team!!

Amazing customer service. Our battery broke before the warranty, next day the battery was changed no charge. They always answer the phone and reply messages in seconds.

Had good experience with their car battery service. Called them at 7:30 AM as my car battery was dead, and Mr. Johnson reached within 30 minutes. He was quick to identify the issue and he resolved it. Service fee was marginal. Would definitely recommend their service.
