Guy on phone was able to answer my questions without hesitation and accurately.7:35pm - dispatch called and reconfirmed his arrival in 10 min7:45pm - he arrived and had a huge selection of brands and explained about each oneHe tested my existing battery to reconfirm it was dead ... Called and spoke with Eli. Wasnt the cheapest but seemed the most honest, fairly competitive and reaponsive to any question or info. Straight up, no messing about, had 2 technicians on way within 15mins of calling. Slight delay but only due to another job. Technicians fast and helpful.
