My parents stay for 12 hour in transit here . They both were a wheelchair passenger and is not very good in English as this is not there first language . The hotel provided the exceptional service to my old dad who is 73 and my mom who is 66 . They basically took care of all the necessities . Accompany them to restaurants . They also called me to check whether they arrived safely or not . My parents were very very pleased and told me particularly to write the review . The girl named cherry and another of her friend went beyond and helped here out . I thank sleep n fly to have such a wonderful employees . I paid 283 dollar for night but would pay more not less for this kind of service . Kudos to all of you .

My travel partner got COVID-19 before leaving and I had to cancel. While they immediately responded to my email saying my reservation was cancelled, when I asked to be refunded they stopped responding. 3 emails and a week and a half later, still nothing. This is really poor customer service and borderline theft, especially for a service that is so overpriced in the first place.

I have stayed in sleep pods in London, Istanbul, Vienna etc and really like them for 112usd for 7 hours, this was woeful, no toilets, no shower, no water. But worst of all is the vinyl covered couch that serves as a bed, it has uneven levels and is super hard. There is also no airflow in the pod just a tiny fan and it was suffocating. It was clean and the staff were trained but rarely have I felt so conned.

Review №5

Noisy air conditioning that went off, but a very unpleasant refrigerator that did not go off.Clean environment, proximity to the airport, one nights sleep for sure.

Terrible! Completely useless for sleeping as no sound insulation and you hear arriving and leaving customers. For same price use normal hotel within the terminal building!!!

Great idea. Right in the heart of the airport, these pods offer the chance to catch a few hours shut eye between flights away from the busy hustle bustle of thousands of travellers. Im so glad I discovered them. About the same price as a hotel room although there arent shower facilities unless you upgrade. Still worth it though after 17 hours flying from NZ!!

Great place to sleep in (especially if you have the priority pass). We reached at Dubai at 7 am after 14 hours of flight and our next flight was at 8 Pm. just imagine what we could have done without a sleep n fly place!! We were thinking to book the dubai international hotel at the airport, but then we noticed this option of sleep n fly. It is Asian crew at the desk and sometimes they might give you hard time to check in. they initially was tough with us and not supportive at all which made us sleep only for less than an hour.. then we again checked in for some more time. I wish the sound can be blocked like the way the light is... whenever someone walks in to the next pod, you might wake up due to the sound.. Anyways much better than sleeping at a couch beside the lobby ..

This place is exactly as depicted. The igloo pods are small and reasonably priced. I wanted to get one but after I saw that they were the size of a recliner chair, I choose to get a cabin instead. It was great! It was basically a full bed with space for luggage on the side. The sheets and the room were super clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely a better option than a hotel. Note, bathrooms are next door and not attached to this location.

Easy to find and central located, especially convenient if your connecting flight is from concourse A. Quick check in with LoungeKey. The pod is essentially a sofa that fully reclines into a bed with a sliding cover to make it dark. Fairly comfortable though I found the ‘pillow’ unusable and had to slide down to avoid it. The pod covers are quite flimsy and aren’t soundproof which was fine with me.All said and done, I did fall fast asleep and ended up being given a firm wake up call by the attendant :)

This is really good if you have a overnight layover at the airport. Pods are really quite and peaceful except when someone new comes in or when they leave the neighbouring pod. Price is reasonable as well but wish it was bit cheaper. Overall was good for the 6 hours i slept. Recommended for single travellers. Attached are photos with fully inclined, flat bed and front shutter closed. Hope this helps.

Its the size of exactly your body fitting into a bed. Very small when you look at it, but then I really got in there. However, theres nothing provided and you have to buy pillows or covers extra if you need them. I couldnt sleep there. It was simply too hard and to basic. Also you hear the noises from other sleepers. Not made for me

Ma
Review №14

However small you think the Igloo Pods are, theyre smaller. Theyre essentially covered versions of the reclined chairs that are plentiful around the airport. If you value comfort at all pay extra for one of their private rooms or an actual hotel room. Also, there is no bathroom or any kind of food/drinks available. Its expensive for what is essentially a private reclining chair.

If you did not make any hotel room reservations and you really need to lie down for an hour or two and rest your back, this is a good option within the airport. But it is quite expensive so its better to thoroughly plan your trip by making a reservation in a hotel near the DXB airport: shuttles/buses are available between the airport & hotels.

A great place to actually lie down for sometime in the layover. This place is quiet and the restroom outside the place are also very convenient to use.

Location is excellent. Restaurants are a few minutes walk..we tried to squeeze in 4 hours of sleep. Rooms are very quiet, but felt slightly on the expensive side. On our return we decided to sleep on the recliners (we had a 3year baby) and were quite comfortable.Verdict: you can sleep free of cost at many places inside the airport. Skip.

I found this facility quite good for resting during transit. My transit time is normally between 8-10 hours, and I decided to stay here rather than the free hotel that Emirates offers avoiding immigration, and transfer process, and not having internet connection at the outside hotel. This facility is nice and clean. It is actually in the terminal so a good location to walk to connecting flights. Though it is not completely quiet having noises from time to time, I think it does the work for sleeping. It doesnt have shower facility though.

Not the nicest of places but if you’re looking for a place to sleep for a few hours it will get the job done. When I fell asleep the room was pretty warm but it was freezing by the time I woke up. The walls of the small bedrooms are not sound proof whatsoever so it can be pretty noisy. Though it’s pricey it is worth it.Also important to know there are NOT bathroom facilities inside, they are close but still in the terminal.

If you want to relax while you are waiting for a layover flight, this place is amazing. They have pods in which you can put your cabin luggage inside & just lay down & sleep till you wait for another flight. if your flight is at 2:00 pm in the night & your journey is total of 16 hours. You would want nothing but lying down straight & sleep.! Can go for free also if you have priority pass. Got this experience first time in Dubai & just loved it!

First time trying these sleep n fly pods and definitely helped with the tiredness on my 7hr layover in Dubai. The facilities are basic and clean, you pay per hour for an enclosed chair (that reclines to a fully flat bed) which has lights and a power point in it. Its not completely dark or soundproof inside so Id recommend using an eyemask and earplugs and its perfectly fine for a good couple hours kip :)

A minimal cozy place to sleep. Normally very quiet, but some noise isnt avoidable because people are coming in and going out. It has WiFi access, you can charge phone, you can lay down flat, ear plugs and a eye mask are provided. You can cover your area so you wont be disturbed. You can put your luggage under the seat, so no worries. Its pretty dark when your pod is covered. The blue light in my photo is from my charger. They wake you up 10 minutes before your scheduled time, so you wont miss the flight.Highly recommend if you desperately need somewhere to sleep. I loved it.

Some how I ended up taking the bus (following the signs) from gates C to gates A and needed to go through security twice. I ended up losing one hour and barely getting a sleep since the walls are not sound proof (In the cabin) and i woke up from the noise of passengers leaving and coming. In the way back to gates C i manages to get a comfortable and faster train, however. In my opinion too expensive for a noisy sleep experience. Next time im topping up some more and taking a hotel room.Ah and free-Wifi doesn’t reach the cabin.

Its okay if you just need to lie horizontally somewhere dark for a bit. Not soundproof though so whenever someone else gets their wake up call, you get it too. Also expensive for not including blankets or pillows. Very basic, hard surface, so its hard to get any actual sleep.

I slept in one of the pods. A bit hot due to lack of air circulation. One of the lights inside does not go completely dark so that was annoying. Also you can hear everything that is happening around you (i.e. every time someone gets in and out of their pods, people walking by, General airport noise, etc) I found it hard to fall asleep. Maybe one of their cabins would have been better but they are very pricey.

I met Florinda Kafamre Zimbabwe at the check in counter. I was exhausted, coming from New Delhi heading to San Francisco. I believe she saw the exhaustion in me and assisted me right away. She was simply AMAZING!!!! I used my priority pass and got a 2 hour pod without delay.I was ushered to my pod and told Id be awakened in 2 hours...like clockwork 2 hrs later they knocked. I was so refreshed. What an incredible concept & very nicely run establishment. So simple yet well appointed; clean!Id like to commend Florinda Kafamre Zimbabwe and have her recognized for her exemplary professionalism. The company is fortunate to have her on board.

I experienced the Igloo pod. Booked online in-advance for peak hrs 1:00am to 7:00. You may not find a space on the spot. So booking in advance is recommended. Paid 81US$. Yes it’s expensive but u need a sleep for long flights and my layover was 8hrs. The Igloos are inside a room, infront of Gate A1 terminal3. Not a pin drop silence inside because people are talking and moving. Also, they won’t provide showers or toilet facilities for Igloo booking. You can use the public toilets outside around the corner. But no free showers available even in concourse A terminal3. Igloo inside the space is not bad, you keep a hand carry, use the power plugs and the airport free wifi.

Came here because I had the priority pass free access, wouldnt have paid if otherwise. Its not a capsule bed, its more like a chair that can be extended horizontally. I guess its an option if you really want to get some privacy and sleep, but its not soundproof and for what it offers I do think its overpriced
