Amazing Venue, nice service, excellent food & awesome hospitality. We have done our son’s first birthday party this place. I have no words to describe their hospitality. Really good decorated hall at affordable price. Their commitment to quality and service is mind blowing. They have continental, Chinese and Indian cuisine. Their fish is next level.

One of my friend celebrated her Sons birthday and we really enjoyed. She was provided with a separate party hall and it was very nice environment. Food was really tasty. Overall it was really good and we had a fantastic gathering👍

I was there for one month stay and again I came back for one night after I stay one month. was nice and staff are so friendly and helpful. specially the front office Gayan is so helpful to get me quick service and so taking care staff. and food I like it also overall I like this hotel. One of the best experience for having to organize a surprise 40th birthday celebration for my husband at the Fusion Restaurant with Vimal, Sudhir & team. Very accommodating, flexible and prompt with their information & services. Excellent hospitality and amazing food where all the guests complimented the quality and quantity of space, food and tools. Very bad experience. Lobby was very dull and boring. Rooms are very small. The passage where our room was, had bad smell. The swimming pool was under maintenance. My family and kids were so disappointed. They dont have proper breakfast buffet. They gave breakfast in trays. Its not a good hotel for family. We didnt enjoyed our stay at all.

Room is uncomfortably small in size . Furniture need cleaning or refurbishing.Wardrobe is very tight , no upper shelves though. There is no place to put my staff and cloths so I kept most of them in my bagBed is queen size, no drawers in the side tables .Lambs were useless and loose .Pillows are the worst ever .Ac is annoyingly noisy since it works on high speed fan only. Should you adjust it on auto or low fan speed it disconnect .Gym hall is hot and humid . AC is off . You enter the Gym and turn the A C yourself , you may finish the workout while AC is still starting . ( may be intentionally by the management so you double sweat 😓)Housekeeping is not good .The price is good , it is July and you get it cheap . So whether you need a place to sleep the night only , then head there . Other than that save your money and time .

Experience is very bad, although the price is not that expensive compared to other hotels, but I have stayed in different hotels withen same price range that are much cleaner and more organized than that one. It is really the worst place I have stayed in so far. Furniture is smelly, the rooms are smelly and the reception is low quality and unorganized. If I can give that hotel 1 star I would do it.

Its a good hotel with a convenient location. The staff were friendly and cooperative. One down side is that the place seems a bit dull and gives a sad vibe, maybe it was me. Also my room had glass between the room and the toilet rather than a wall, soooo wont comment on that that but just a heads up. PS I havent seen all the room so maybe that was a room for couples 🤔 🤣

Overall, I had a great experience with the Reflections Hotel; staff especially MR. SURINDAR has been incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to stay.

Hotel is simply amazing, starting from staff, decor & simplicity.Staff was very co-operative and humble at the same time.Inspite being budget hotel it provides you with everything essential for your stay and no additional charge for it.You have basement parking.Metro station is around 1.8km , supermarket is just next to hotel. It will be more convenient if you have your own vehicle.Cherry on top is Burj Khalifa view, try to get road side room.Even in-house dinning is quite affordable.Covid protocols are followed strictly.I would surely recommend this hotel to have fantastic experience. It is truly a REFLECTION of the best.

Wednesday June 2, 2021, (2:07am)I was so disappointed couz the reception was not very helpfulCame from Al Ain and booked online and I didn’t had my hard copy of my id couz its on my company for some matters....I suggested that if it is okay if i will send my copy of my scanned passport on their email but still he refused it🥺...so very disappointed

I m very disappointed about the personal from there . I also work in customer services but i never treat people like this. Yesterday i made a booking on this hotel and when i reach there the guy from the reception told me is nothing under my name and he can not help me with anything because is fully booked. He treat me very disrespectful, no help , nothing.. just one nr where i need to call. I was there with 2 of my friends and they also try to talk with him and no solution. I spoke even with the “ manager “ thru the phone.. very bad experience and bad personal!!!

This is a budget 4star hotel, where you wont get proper house keeping services in daily basis.Water bottle is only provided once per visit.Complimentary coupons are not provided as part of hotel booking package.Price of in house food is 2x costlier.No nearby restaurants for visitors.Location is far away from the city.Strictly they follow checkout timings.

I have been travelling extensively all over the world but nothing like this hotel. very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. all the staff are brilliant and the breakfast buffet had over 30 items freshly cooked. the rooms are unique with city design. My room was of London city. amazing interior designed. i will stay here again next month.

Lift are good condition, Im here at time of Covid so I continue give you information about swimming pool and fitness centers becuse both are closed, at time November 20, before booking just check with hotel that they open it or not. Metro Station around 1.3KM, bus stop are next to hotelThere is supermarket at next to hotel that good advantage for people those who want buy some space at let night, one 24hr cafe open that also next to hotel.Thank you, stay fit, stay safe

First room not good for 3 people...inconvenience to move the next day to another room.Did not cater for 3 people...cups, coffee, sugar only for 2 people. 4 star rating we expected some international food for breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day. 2 days without warm water. two staff members at reception was really friendly and helpful. I think more should be done for a four star, Television is very poor quality. My experience on other 4 stars was much better elsewhere.

Highly recommended - very good place actually we organised one event in there banquet hall a birthday party. There staff is too much cooperative and smiling. Really really we have never seen such a good staff any where else. All the credit goes to the Hotel Manager himself as he is such a nice guy. Wish you all the best from Team Party Monster.

It was a nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and had nice ambience. The only thing didnt like was the breakfast. Very limited choice of dishes. The Chef was also not at all helpful. Cant accommodate even a small request.

Interesting room designs. However the performance of the staff are not in the same level. Some are poor, some are exceptional.

I lived here for 5 nights. The staff is very helpful and cooperative. The breakfast served everyday morning is amazing. The room service is great. It is a treat value for money since you would not get a 4 star hotel at this rate. However, the rooms may have termites or cockroaches. Also the room is a little small and may get clumsy if its on a triple sharing basis.

This is nice hotel to stay. Staff and service of this hotel is very good. Food quality is also good. It also have swimming pool and shisha. Room is also good but too small and location of this hotel is outside the city.

Although it doesnt looks 4 star from its built but provides all the services of 4 star hotel. Also it is economical during peak summer (40+ degree Celsius).

Small rooms and are cramped further with furniture. The walls are very thing and one can usually hear people walking outside. The noise of water from neighbours bathroom is also heard here. Free parking is available in the basement and is convenient.

The hotel is nice and new. Small and cute. Nice for a quick stay. Only reason I gave it three stars is because they do not give you two keys like other hotels and like all the other hotels in Dubai . You need the room key in order for the lights and ac to stay on. Which is bad only because Dubai is always hot and then you have to wait for the room to cool off because they only give you one key. I like to go back to a room that is already cool not stuffy.

It definitely does not compare to other 4 star hotels. Would evaluate it at 2 stars.The rooms are tight and the lighting is yellow.I was given a conjoined room eventhough I was staying alone with another guest staying in the next room. The other requests like high floor and a good view were not met.I ordered from the a la carte menu and it was average.All in all I would not recommended it for business trips (eventhough it is close to the world trade center by car).

Cleaner and better version of a hostel. Tiny but well-stocked. The location itself was great but the nearby construction noise was too loud well into the night.

Comfortable rooms, excellent cuisine, friendly staff. The beds are so soft and cozy that sleep becomes the most pleasant moment of your stay. The hotel is excellent. I can definitely recommend to everyone. Also russian speaking grill Nargiza is very polite, friendly and everytime speak with smile.

Very Clean rooms but really small. As we had two bags to keep inside the room there was not enough space so we changed for a suite by paying additional. Spent five days on business, but suffered as the pressure of water was very low and a little water was coming from the showers. The breakfast was good. This hotel has only one restaurant, and limited choice of food for all meals.

The food is not good, but the neighbouring cafe delivers to your room, which is your best option for decent food. The water has two temperatures: Nice for a bath (cold) and OMFG TOO HOT STOP IT! (hot). Staff is friendly. Man I hate the fire alarm testing. The process takes forever and makes it impossible to sleep. Would not return unless forced to.

Clean hotel, comfort bed .If you prefer dark light room at morning time, try to avoid Tokyo rooms , but in general it is a good hotel.

Its nice place to stay staff is nice and helpful. Rooms are bit shorter in size and is jam packed and there is hardly place to move around. Breakfast was nice and sumptuous.
