I’m very happy with how the kayak is built and how it works on the water, it’s fast and reliable. I’m having a lot of fun catching fish and didn’t have to spend a fortune on a big brand kayak. Just regret I didn’t buy my Dolphie 12 before.

Bad service and very expensive. Tried to purchase Railblaza products and I was offered all the time Chinese items.

Sales person is rude and unprofessional. I have called to know their timing and told him I will be visiting the shop shortly. When I arrived to the location using google maps I discovered that they have moved to a new location. I called the sales person again and asked him why did he not till me the google maps location is wrong and gave me the correct address... his answer was “google did not change our location for 45 days ... and I can not predict what you will think!”.If this is how they deal wirh their customers before sale, i do not not want to know how they will deal with me after after I pay!

I wanted a Garmin fish finder and was told Id have a call back the following day to sort it out.A week went by, no call back or text message. I dont mind waiting but do expect a courtesy call or text to let me know whats going on.So decided to go directly to Garmin myself and do the installation.

He gave me an outstanding training session on the weekend on kayaks fundamentals, safety and regulations as well as the kayak fishing techniques, secrets and how to locate fishing spots.I searched these topics before on internet and you will not find what he is teaching written.On the personal level, he is a true gem, authentic and cares very much about people, environment, sustainability, safety and regulations.Cannot wait for my next session with him to teach me live bait fishing and hopefully will share with you photo of my first big fish catch soon !!!

Ive placed an order with Maui Kayak Shop on Mon, Dec 28, 2020. After several follow ups, I got a message on Jan 21, 2021 that the container arrived, but up until now I have not received my order!
