Dessert safari was great. Food here was average. The dance for me was pretty vulgar considering it is a family place

If you are going to Al Marjan Desert Safari Camp make sure to carry your water bottles,soda drinks,tea, juices,snacks and Food for dinner.I traveled with my family 4 members with Phoenix Tours on Friday. Trust me we starved for food. They need to serve buffet food but due to Covid they served in food boxes and the menu is 1spoon of Lentils (Daal), 1 spoon of shredded cabbage 1 spoon, Hummus, 5 small pieces of French fries, 1 small roti, and 1 cup of Biriyani.Drinks menu : 1 soft drink.No information passed regarding food only announcement made was social distancing.Menu given by Phoenix Tours was rubbish all lies. No welcome drink, snacks, shawarma, not a single piece of non - veg.Dare to go.

Excellent tour, great entertainment and the food was pretty tasty. Spent the extra money to have a private room which definitely helped with the heat, the show was very good.

It’s a good place to seeArtistic performance was good mainly fire dance and belly dance. Food was not that much good. Quard bike and the photographers was good. Henna painting, traditionally dress photography, camel riding, photo with falcon.Good experience

Economic desert safari. Jeep safari take less than 5 minute. You have to wait for long for free camel safari. They have arranged food and dance inside the camp. It is very much crowded and difficult to find place to sit. We can see Belly dance, fire dance and one egyptian dance. Drinks are very costly inside the camp. Outside food is not allowed.

Memorable Arabian night!

I wonder how this place has been highly rated.Not worth it at all.Tour arranger (Mr. Tariq from Arabian Desert Adventures) do not keep upto their words about package inclusions.At 1st, Lancruiser was included for pickup & drop in package, in actual it turned up a random Toyota SUV. Then the sand dune bashing was told for 15-20 minutes, while it ended up in max 5 minutes in actual (although I was provided with another ride when asked).The most disappointing part was No stage show happened for eg. Fire show, belly dances etc. (reason cited was some political leader has passed away).Packaged soft drinks were unlimited but on Food they have put customized limits.Moreover, the barbeque items were served cold in limited quantities.I could see many people complaining about not being informed in advance about show getting cancelled, si ce the leader has passed away during the day early. The arrangers were telling same thing, what they can do in this.No refund of money.

Very bad experience. Pick up from burjuman mall in a bus, seats were full and we got a foldable half seat . I had to carry my daughter 8yr old on my lap for the whole journey to camp. (more than one hour). The 4x4 vehicle was very bad. Seat belts were not working and we were instructed to hold the rails. No dune bashing. They will Just take us from the main road to camp. A normal drive. Food was horrible. Excess salt in all curries. Had to pay extra money to serve food to the seat. Otherwise we will have to wait in long queues for tea, food etc.

I do not recommend it.EXPECTATION:Pick up from the hotel on time.Take a jeep ride on the dunes.In the camp Buffet and drinks.Riding on 🐫Show programREALITY:Picked up from the hotel with a delay of 1.5 hours.Sand skiing, test.Drinks = water (after 7, soda will be given if you ask)Food only after 7Camel ride 1 minute around the carShow program test.They will put you in the sun if you want in the shade or air conditioning surcharge, and all for an additional fee. Oh, and they have no tasks (they say that they will give it later, but they will not give it)In short, you will sit for 2 hours in the sun and wait for what they paid for and not what they want to sell along the way.And even as soon as you get out of the jeep, they come up to you and offer to take a picture in a cafe with a bird, you will be happy when I tell you that this is not included in the tour and each of them wants 50 dirhams.

The food and show are not at the expected level.

Took 50Dirham from the top of the tour, but not service ok, dont believe it, better sit at the bottom
