I dont know if this is normal or because we are living in Dubai we used to have a good customer service.My complain that I bought headsets two monthwhich is now not workingI tried to exchange but unfortunately, they dont have customer service to raise a complain and they say we need14 days to check it!!!

Not recommended at all!!! - SAVE YOUR TIME & Hard EARNED MONEY.- Purchased a Fujifilm camera and an additional lens here unfortunately as they are the authorized distributors in U.A.E. Fujifilm camera options aren’t much around most shops here that sell this brand.- The staff completely ignored us when we entered the shop. After few minutes once one of the staff (there were no customers in the shop at that time) managed to do eye contact we got to asking questions about the Fujifilm camera options they had.- The staff there are completely rude and don’t seem to care about customer service. It’s more of “Purchase it if you want it or you can leave the shop, we DON’T CARE!” attitude.- The purchase was for a a over a few thousand dollars and we were frustrated to purchase this from Grand stores as we had no other alternative in Dubai.- They threw in a ridiculous 16gb memory card where competition throw in 128gb memory cards as giveaways when you purchase a DSLR or mirrorless camera and lenses worth over a thousand dollars. Mind you, the question is not about freebies, these cards barely cost 30-50 dollars. The staff here just have a don’t give a damn attitude. Plus they refuse to be nice or even give you a smile. The staff literally refused to throw in a camera bag worth less than 30 dollars for the amount that was being spent in their store. Absolutely ridiculous!!!- While paying for the camera and lens after the whole ordeal the staff at billing literally demanded me to come over his side to enter my email address for the receipt instead of being polite and asking.All in all a five star horrible experience.The other reviews for these stores online also are quiet negative and reflect their pathetic customer service attitude.Hopefully will not be buying any further equipment from them and do rest of our camera purchases in North America or Europe.

The best customer service in the business. I bought a camera from there had issues with it and they exchanged it with no questions asked. Also the stores have a great layout of a variety of products along with helpful employees with smiling faces. I can assure you that this is the only store I will use when it comes to my electronics.

Do not risk your hard earned cash with this company. Spent thousands here but when a new rollei tripod broke on the first use they refused to repair or replace even though missold with a 24m warranty. BUY AMAZON NOT DUBAI then you have real consumer protection.

The comercial team was very kind but the management couldn t give me the discount as I needed (20dhs only discount) in a old model camera costing more than 4500dhs.Fortunately, another store was able to give me a better price and more discount.

Walked in wanting to buy a Z7. Staff couldnt be bothered! Too busy chatting at the rear counter to notice a customer in the shop!
