This is clearly an established place.Ive tried their Classic Ferro Cake and I did not like it, it was thick like a mud cake and very chocolatey but it wasnt sweet and solid.Classic fruit cake, it was good 3/5Their custard fruit cake is awesome.. 5/5Blueberry Vanilla Chiffon cake... Wasnt just for me.. The fondant covering is too solid and sweet. And the jelly insides.. Not a jelly fan so 2/5.I would like to try their different flavors especially their carrot cake cause Im a fan of nuts and spices, so lets see.Overall I think they are kind of expensive. But I like the fact that they have a home baked style to their cakes which I love, their write work always looks professional and lovely.And well the place itself always smells like Cake Heaven.

My toddler is a big fan of Masha and bear series, so wanted her 3rd birthday with her favourite character theme. When I told my interest to sugarholic they were really happy to take my order. I only had one demand that we dont need a full fondant cake which they happily accepted.I provided the model of cake and chose my flavors, redvelvet cake with Belgium chocolate filling inside with butter cream finishing outside.Sugarholic accepted the order with their heart, so they have given me their best results on this cake. My child was so happy and excited to get this cake and it really made her day.The cake was so good visually and also super yummy.Thank you so much sugarholic.

The cakes are nice and taste good, but the staff doesnt know how to communicate with the client. I suggest to the management to give them a customer service training since they are the first hand experience of every clients. Id like to drop there name here, unfortunately I forgot to get their names out of annoyance I walk away from the store.

Got my birthday cake from here and it truly was a winner in terms of how it looked, the packaging and value for money.We got the Rosette Cake with Chocolate flavoured cake and icing. You can get either Chocolate or Vanilla, for 126aed.It had 4 layers of cake and icing, the cake layers weren’t equal and the icing was too sweet, which was kind of disappointing, but apart from that, it looked absolutely gorgeous.It was very simple to order through their whatsapp, another plus point for service.I would be willing to try their other cake flavours too for future occasions.

I ordered a customized red velvet cake with vanilla frosting for my sister’s birthday. She loved it😊The cake was beautifully decorated with all the things that have been requested.In terms of flavor, it was moist with perfect balance of butter cream icing and sweetness👍The staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. Just ordered a signature chocolate cake and requested to put a TRex face on top. It was more that I expected as the picture looked 3d even if it wasnt! The image really popped out and we all loved it esp my 2 year old son! And the taste of course was very beautiful!

Excellent collection of cupcakes, Id go as far as to say its the best store for getting your daily dose of cupcakes. They have different varieties on display and freshly baked and you can call ahead to get customized cupcakes. The prices are reasonable and they also do customized cakes which are really amazing.

This is our favourite cake shop, be it a birthday, anniversary or any kind of celebration. Honestly have lost count of the number of times Ive ordered cake from here!I love their personalised designs and suggestions that help you make the right decisions for an occasion or gathering :)And you dont really need a reason to treat yourself to their different varieties of cupcakes and cakepops!!

Ive been trying to make an order since Thursday until Sunday no reply on whatsapp and on the phone they tell you you need to need make it through whatsapp and they start at 10AM. i reached at 10AM aut message as always all of our reps are busy!!!!! they answered on instagram as well and again said whatsapp..... they need to manage their whatsapp asap! i know i will never order from them anymore....

Not upto the mark, and the staff has attitude problem, we clearly mentioned we dont want green colour they accept and delivered adding green colour upon calling they refused,, so upset and had a bad experience with them.

Simply Awesome !! Had ordered two themed BDay cakes for my sons BDay celebrations - Paw Patrol & Fireman Sam. The A - Z coordination was done by Cyrus. What we had wanted was perfectly captured and executed. The cakes were little pieces of art - A sight to behold. The guests and kids were equally thrilled. The cakes drew a lots of compliments, oohs & aahs. We will definitely be going back for more. Check the small letters when you order, there screwing your while you confirm. My husband got me a Rosette Cake for my Birthday. We both love it! At first, we thought it might be too sweet but nope. The sweetness of icing balance out the chocolate cake inside. It looks chic and perfect for celebration. :)

Really cant describe on how difficult it is to find a bakeshop that offers the best cake that doesnt affect the bank at all. I just got a Malteser themed chocolate cake and it was huge and it only costed 80 dhs. The best part was it was Belgian Chocolate, which was the cheapest priced so far other than any other bakeshop in Dubai.

Very poor customer service, the person on whatsapp taking orders doesnt know the meaning of courtesy. The cakes are sickly sweet and they refuse to lower the sugar content. They also dont have all the basic options like creamcheese frosting which is the usual for carrot and red velvet. They are rigid on the size of the cakes as well cuz they just want you to pay more for the bigger size. They dont care to lose a long time customer that spends thousands with them and never complains. When you finally do ask to complain to a manager the person on whatsapp tells you they are the ones in charge and to send an email to their info email address. Completely unprofessional.

Anyhow the person replied to me and I’ve asked that I want this x size and how much is it they didn’t reply plus I called them the women behind the phone said I can’t help you because you can only WhatsApp us!! What kind of service is this?!? I just wanted to talk to the person behind it to know if the cake is done how I want it!!!

Love the passion and initiative of sisters running a bakery. The cake we ordered looked delicious as it had full of rosettes as requested but the icing on it had some sour taste. I guess its due to the food colors added.

I found out about this little gem through Instagram upon winning a contest and I have to admit Im so grateful I stumbled upon this bakery. You can smell the yummy treats upon entering the shop. I was greeted politely by the staff and even though they were wearing masks (covid), you can tell they were smiling and were genuinely happy to be working there. The associate that helped me out was patient and helped me pick out some cupcakes suggesting the highly popular Belgian chocolate flavour as a favourite. I took 2! No words can do this cupcake justice. It was decadent, aesthetically pleasing and just DELICIOUS. Ill be back again to try some other flavours!!!! Thank you for such a sweet treat!
