Great design and taste, but very bad communication.The cake arrived 1h15m late and we had to delay the birthday party.During that time we didnt receive a single call or heads-up. Whatsapp communication was slow and the most accurate thing they told was: the driver is on the way.

Honestly, the details of the cake design was amazing, but the quality of the cake and the service was a bad experience with me.Judge the cake that I received for our occasion after 1 hr exactly it start melting and became sloppy from inside. After contacting them the guy was informed me it should be stored in cold conditions! Ok if my occasion start after 1 hr Of delivery then I’m expecting the delivered cake was stored within cold condition in the van from Dubai to Abudhabi.Otherwise if it’s inside the home with normal temperature no heat or sun light facing the cake why that happening !!! After cutting the cake it’s clear the cream between fondant and cake was melt and even the taste was affected not that much good.I informed customer care will contact me but they don’t take my issues that destroy my occasion seriously or even any apologise !!

Have been told by a friend about papillon cake, to hear it is one thing but to see it and taste it is a complete different dimension of satisfaction! I ordered mini unicorn cakes for my daughter birthday for her class mates and friend and the shape, colour, taste, delivary, and packaging were outstanding!I even asked to make the decoration different with unicorn boy theme and it was a big hit! Everyone loved it!Then prepared a birthday party to invite everyone family and relatives aaaand we loved looooved the details they took care of to deliver the order in the way we imagine. The doughnuts were amazing with unicorn theme .. and the birthday cake was stunning!All my friend, family and relatives asked me for the link, contacts for the shops I ordered from!Excellent work! well done!!

Although the Delivery time was perfect andThe design was elegant and presentable.. i would never think of buying from them again or recommend them to any one..My worst cake experience in dubai..I paid money for a very poor flavor, very bad texture that u cant hold on afork and collapsed once we cut the cake (it turned to crumbs with no definite shape like baby food) and an extremely thick layer of sugar paste.. it waslike a balloon filled with air..None of the guests were happy with it and the end result was throwing the crumbs off their plates into the garbage bin along with the extra thick nonedible sugar dough..My regret that i did not take pictures to share or to refund my money with..I shared my opinion with them on whatsapp, they told me well pass ur complain to customer care and they shall call u.. no one called to even for the bad quality or to even understand how to improve..
