Amazing Rasmalai Cake 👌; definitely a good choice for Birthdays!!!. Also been to the outlet at Discovery Gardens. Very well maintained, neat and super clean. In addition to egg based ones, they do have wide variety of eggless cakes, Indian (bengali) Sweets including Ras Malai, Gulab Jamoon, Kulfi and several other malai and chocolate based delicacies. Even the essentials for Birthday parties such as Candles, Caps and so on. Good one. We Liked it 👍.

What a rich , creamy , melt in mouth and super yummy cake it was. Very very delicious. Very fresh and very moist. I just love the texture. Last Wednesday dt. 22nd Sep 2021, I purchased a Pista Mawa 500g cake from Discovery Garden branch at 8.15pm. After the midnight celebration, next day morning the cake became stale & we could not eat the balance cake due to bad smell as well as foul taste. I complained directly to the cake shop, but they did not pay any attention to me. I hope Occassion will be more responsible on quality product.

I use to buy cake and pastries from this shop but today the taste of Pista cake was worst. This was the worst cake that i have taste. Cake was not taste fresh. I hope they will improve the cakes like before.

We had super delicious 🤤 Banarasi kulfi for just 10 AED. they have all the stuff, you need to prepare for a birthday/social activities. Wide selection of pastries/cakes/namkeens. Staff is super helpful and pricing is reasonable as well. A must try.

I always used to go to this shop and loved their cakes. I still do but today’s customer experience was horrible. The lady on call was extremely rude and told me off as I asked them to send a disposable plastic knife. I was celebrating my daughters birthday outside and didn’t have a knife to cut it. She actually seemed like she was shouting at me and told me they don’t have a knife and can’t do anything about it. She actually hung up on me. I called again to talk to the manager who tried to help and manage the situation though he couldn’t get the lady to apologize. He did it himself on her behalf and was actually courteous. Delivery was 30 minutes late and I was told it was because of arranging a plastic knife , if anybody wants to believe it. Cake was great so definitely kudos to the kitchen team and baker , but Reception service lady , I have no words. This day could have been better.

If you are looking for a cake shop known for rich, premium, french cakes - this is not the place. Occasions caters to the Indian expats primarily through a very indian range. Some innovative options were gulabjamun cake and kulfi cake. While some experiments work and others dont, if you have a Desi friend, your cake would be different for sure. (but in all probably they have already tried the place out already)

I ordered my childs birthday cakes. The Baker is very creative and helped us to bring our idea exactly on our cake. He also suggested different flavours (mango which is a must try there and rasagulla). The guests thoroughly enjoyed the cake and were talking about it!

Cake varieties are available. The products are good and tasty. The prices are reasonably affordable. Overall the outlet is useful for the residents in the area.

They can deliver 1.5 kg cake with Delivery charge 15aed to DIP but they can’t deliver 1 kg cake with any delivery charges. Weird🙄

Usually we enjoy cakes and cookies from here. But yesterday it was horrible. We ordered berries cheesecake and black forest pastry both of them were stale. When called to complain they mentioned they can replace it but it is not stale. Lady on the phone infact said this is how it should taste as it has berries and it can get sour. Been little sour is different than stale, it is not the first time we are ordering it from you or any other place. We literally had to throw it.

Ordered a last minute cake from Occasions & the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They gave us lots of different options & cake tasting. The cake was delivered the very next day to the location of our choice & was amazing. Will definitely use them again for a cake or coffee thank you.

This cake was for our 25th Anniversary party. It was absolutely perfect!! Guests at the party were raving about how beautiful it was. Nice Cake, we ordered Eggfree Mango Velvet cake and it tasted good.

We had ordered a rainbow cake for our daughters 5th birthday and had shared a custom design. The cake was just perfect. Absolutely beautiful on the inside with its different layers standing out perfectly. We were a little doubtful about the different flavours of each layer but there was perfect harmony in it, all the foavours blended so well together. Anna and Elsa cake was delivered to home as per the schedule and as per the agreed design. Taste was also good. Staff at the shop are kind and diligent.By the way, I like the chicken puff there. Missing their egg puffs. Now a days they don’t have egg puffs.

Amazing experience bought strawberry cheesecake it was the best cake ever. The strawberries were so fresh and the complete experience was amazing. I regret ordering just 0.5 kg. I had ordered eggless version and it was awesome.

I regret that i ordered cake from occasions the cake was very dry and when i gave my feedback to them through whatsapp they were least bothered to reply. Only the thing is they do the cake as per your choice and they give u exact design but the cake will be dry. I really regret that i ordered here.

Hello SirLast week we received call from occasions to place order for Staff food parcel.  Rakesh(+971 50 564 9054 from occasions Dubai silicon ) called order 12 tiffins for testing free of cost at al nada staff residence.We charged 50 aed delivery charges and delivery was done by Lunch box.Rakesh has confirmed the delivery and again placed order for 10 days food parcel saying Management will give corporate orders for all 10 Branches. He also confirmed that owner himself has checked our food at al nada staff residence.  Up till here we thought something else is fishy about Rakesh and order.Why we are asked to give only 12 tiffins for 10 days when this month is ending on 30th .Why we are asked to wait for corporate order from occasions as there is no written confirmation from Occasion bakery group.Please check with your staff.Reconfirm it officially. We find it fishy.spam.His WhatsApp number we are attaching. He showed staff ID Said he is H.R. Management of Occasions.Please reconfirm. We had once got a birthday cake of Ferraro Rodger flavor in discovery gardens branch it was an ok cake taste wise something the cocoa or nuts something was tasting bad but that was manageable.Yesterday we had got 4 slices of cake of different flavors dint want to get that Ferraro Rodger cake and give a try out for other flavorsBlack Forest cake - was utterly staleEggless Chocolate truffle - again the chocolate or cream something was badA brownie with nuts - it was ok but the Essence( or rum) was empoweringRAsmalai cake- the least ok Atleast we can eat this one thought it was just a vanilla sponge with pistachio or rAsmalai essence and the rasamalai on top was not even like rasgulla but at the end eatable .I would request you ( owners ya managers )to first taste and see what your serving before it s given to customers as kids n pregnant women also eat the same .. On one hand money is wasted on other health too.

Bakery experience was good ( good stuffs for sure), but the staff is not flexible. They are so close to our house and simply refuse to accept card on delivery. Who does not do that now days ?.

I had a wonderful experience at Occasions... As I decided to throw a last minute party on my daughters birthday I had ordered the cake on the morning of the celebration... Its not only that they agreed on the cake in the colour chosen, they made sure that I have the cake as per my daughters wish, putting quick 2D cut out sharks... More than anything it matters when you see such a wonderful attitude and support! Kudos to that! My daughters happiness seeing the shark cake was priceless! 😍

Booked a cake in the morning.. And a discount offer came in the evening.. Requested the manager to consider.. But the shop plays by the book and was denied... Unhappy on this.. Menu seems to be repetitive now as well

Cakes are simply great... But must say very very low quality of spoons... It breaks every time you dig into the cake... Once a broken piece of spoon went into my childs mouth... With all these I did request them to change the low quality plastic spoons... But to my surprise... After two months when I went there... Had the same problem... I calmly asked about why they wouldnt change spoons... They replied thats all they could offer... Well for one thing Im not going there in my life time... I did not express any anger... Because I didnt want to create a scene... Please do take your own spoons when you go there...

Tried the Ferrero Rocher cake for our daughters completion of 6 months, Not the best we would recomment considering the cake was hard! The Chef arrives only in the afternoon hours on a friday so a cake before lunch is not a reality hence we had to order them the earlier day and have it picked up in the morning hours of Friday! Maybe something to be worked on by the management to ensure weekends you get fresh cakes.
