I ordered a cake for my niece and nephew’s birthday on this Friday . I was not happy that we were forced to order 3kg cake while we wanted 2kg max. The design of the cake was as we wanted but the cake it self was not great at all. It was not fresh and it was crumbling when cutting. We were very embarrassed Infront of our guests .we complained to the bakery and shared a pic. However, we were promised that this will he investigated and we requested to receive a call from the management the next time to explain the bad service . However despite our follow-up on the next day ,the staff claimed that the manager was busy in a meeting throughout the day and had not got the chance to call , not even for 5 minutes through out the whole day (and we are still waiting )the worst service ever had.

After a disappointing initial interaction with the manager one of the part owners of the bakery called immediately and made everything right just with his manner of listening speaking and explaining. We are very grateful to Mr Mansoor for his prompt resolution and very generous offer to rectify the issue. Highly recommend the white forest and devils chocolate cake. Mr Mansoor is amazing as I am sure are the other owners. Thank you for resolving the issue and proving that customer loyalty is in fact important and they do take their business and customer satisfaction seriously.
