The toffee coffee was yummy, but there was not much difference between the ice latte and the ice cappuccino, some more froth would be good.

Nice cafeLocated in Dubai Mall close to metro link. They serve a late breakfast menu. Coffee was good. Decor is beautiful however staff need better training when it comes to service and they are too overbearing.

Nicely decorated cafe for deserts and light bites. Inside Dubai Mall, next to the metro entrance. Size of portions is really good, and it’s alright to share. Small cakes are perfect for each person. Hot chocolate was delicious!

Fabulous service, amazing coffee and delicious cakes . We left a shopping bag there by mistake. Two days later we returned, the waitress immediately recognized us and gave us our bag. We thought we’d truly lost the item forever and are delighted by such excellent, personal service. Will definitely return whenever we are in Dubai!

I go there only for BBQ salad which is to die for, that’s the only thing I like there. Ps Special thanks to Anjelika who’s always nice and helpful

Nice café that you can take time on it .. cozy atmosphere .. I tried chicken 🐔 sandwich.. it was good but no tomatoes 🍅 which i love 🍒 .. It takes short time to preparing.. so don’t worry your meal comes in herry.. the staff was kind and helpful.. the coffee was good but not the best .. good luck 👍🏼

Such a cute little coffee. Huge variety of coffee specialities and soft drinks. The small cakes are delicious and very tasty. All staff is very friendly and service orientated. It was a very nice experience for mall coffee.

Being in a prominent location does not mean quality should be compromised. The texas salad did not have all the ingredients, and the olives were served including the seed, which is against restaurant norms. No olive oil in the salad and when asked got less than 10 ml

100 ON 100 goes to the location of the coffee shop. Its a must place to visit while you are in The Dubai Mall, i have tried their butter pecan latte & Signature Foundue Tapas & was good and value for money. Staff were friendly and polite.

With some friends and we were dying for a coffee or hot beverage and opted to sit down in the outside seating area of Rubicons. There was a staff member in attendance but it took forever to come and only when my friend went to the waiter, was our order taken.We opted for some scones which was delicious, but my cappuccino was cold which made that not enjoyable. The outside seating was good furniture and tasteful eye catching design. Well located and perhaps just their off day for not being on the ball. Will give them the benefit of the doubt.

Ordered a carrot cake while visiting Dubai mall.. The texture and taste felt like it was on the shelf for weeks. Extremely dry, and not fresh at all. Possibly not their speciality but going by that first experience wouldn’t bother trying anything else off their menu

Have been visiting this place for quite some time now and the experience is pleasant. Location is very good and close to the metro station entrance, and my favorite hallway of the mall, the electronics section.Menu is very versatile and the quality of serving is delightful.Recommended

For those who intend to use the ENTERTAINER coupon to redeem beverage, please note that the cafe does NOT honor the agreement as they have ‘reopened the shop’ under new ownership.Apparently the shop has changed hands since 5th June 2019. They should put up signages to let the customers know.Felt cheated. The manager was unapologetic but gave us 20% off.But the piccolo coffee was very good. Beautiful furniture in the outdoor seating area.

Coffee was ok not the best of Dubai mall but better option than Starbucks & Costa coffee.This place is also very famous for his girly spot with the pink bear and purple flowers, girls like to take pics there 😅.They have a set of pastries and croissants but didn’t try so cannot really judge.

This cafe is located next to the Electronics shops in Dubai Mall. It has a strategic location next to the bookstore too. The service is great and the staff are super friendly!

Services are pure horrible, haven’t seen a coffee shop serve the desert & main course at the sometime despite being told to bring the desert after the main course. Yet; they choose to microwave the desert and bring it back after food.Food is way overpriced & averagely ok.In overall; not recommended

There is not really huge variety of drinks. Very limited drinks menu. As example you can find only 3 types of smoothies.Cakes are nice. But smoothies are terrible, tastes more like yogurt than a smoothie. Seems they save from fruits.

Very bad service. Waters not responding and very late at serving orders although no customers available. Also being the lady water behavior is not acceptable by leaving me while I am talking.

We orded espresso and cortado, but unfortunately the taste of coffee was awful, it was sour, and the espresso was very little even it was double shot.Sitting was very nice surrounding with flowers, and comfortable chairs.Staff were friendly and the service was good.

Iced American coffee is very sour and so awful. The hot americano is almost a double espresso shot in volume and tastes like diluted sour coffee. Not a recommended place for coffee lovers

Absolute rip off. I ordered two waters for 5 DHS and was charged 33 DHS. Disgusting extortionate amount of money. Staff were rude to me when I confronted them about this blatent scam. Avoid this place.

We got served by a very friendly waitres , the service was great and the salades we orderd were quickly served and delisious . We even went back to the Dubai mall to eat somthing and hang out in the great sofa . Next time in Dubai we surely go back
