I had a Spanish latte with soya milk was incredible ,, best coffee in town… the service was amazing , the waiter was very polite and professional.. location wise is very cool and have a great viewHighly recommended!

It should actually be one star but i am giving another star for the nice location.Desserts are very small, and nothing really special about them, you can probably get the same quality off a good supermarket chain.I tried the Macha Latte, it is very poor in taste and quality, and when we complained the response was you can come and see how we make it!Finally for Promotions (Cake+Drink), it is actually more expensive to get a promo than order separately for most of the items (you can ask your 5 year old to do the math), and when i asked how, the waitress response was that she did not really count so she doesn’t know.I would not recommend this place unless there is no where else to go!

We didn’t enjoy our time in this Café. The service is very slow. The cake was not fresh. And the worst part is that they confirmed they validated my parking ticket but when I headed out, it was not. They need to improve both the level of their service and the quality of their deserts.

It is a lovely place indoors and outdoors. It has a water view and you can view Atlantis. Coming at this month, November, the weather was lovely. I came at night. Also, it is wonderful to study in here because although there were people it was not noisy and it felt comforting.The chairs are very comfortable; however, my table was a bit shaky, but it was well in consideration of space and rest for arms. There was a bucket of essentials, such as sugar, tissue and wipes.The service is wonderful. You can order inside and then sit outside or sit outside and wait for the waiter to give you the menu, which was quick.The drink I ordered was Iced Caramel Macchiato; it originally comes with two shots, but I reduced it to one, as I am not a strong lover of strong coffee. It tasted great; however, I would hope for a bit more of caramel taste.

Really wanna like it, but the patio area & outdoor chairs are filthy. The chain is innovative, progressive and conceptually an industry leader. Sugar-free desserts and great organic coffee should be an easy sell. But this store is sad. I tried it once, but all I can remember is how dirty the seating area seemed. The menus are also old, worn out, and feel like youre thumbing thru a menu greasy from the last 373 patrons whove shared it. For a German brand, I just found the entire experience...surprising.

Expensive but exclusive. Not just another coffee shop. Lifestyle is what theyre all about. For a real burst of energy, have the bullet coffee. Its... different. The food is made with high quality ingredients.

Very bad service .. i had to go in searching for the staff to take my order . .... and when i informer them gently that i am waiting for them the response was so bad... and now i am writing this review setting here waiting for someone to ask for my bill for more than half an hour .... btw only two tables are taken its not busy

We were exploring some new options for our coffee outing and chanced upon this restaurant...went in witn no expectations and came out quite impressed...we ordered their vegetarian sliders and must say they were incredible...it was a platter of 3 different sliders and one of them was halloumi cheese and beetroot slider..would rate it as (5/5) other slider options were also good but given a choice I would stick to this one ...it was so good 👍...also ordered waffles with chocolate sauce and whipped cream which was fresh not very sweet and the right amount of crispness that I love (4/5)...cappuccino was as expected quite good (4/5)...they accept entertainer coupons making it a value for money choice as well👍👍if you are in The Pointe give this place a try !
