Had PMP exam here yesterday. Everything was organised properly by the staff especially the lady staff who briefed and provided all the information. Location was easy to find, green glass building opp to emirates towers.Only issue is that I had to manage parking as I could only put max 4 hrs RTA from my phone, had to arrange some1 to do the extension on my behalf as my exam was 4.5 hrs long. The private behind is 5 aed for 1st hour and subsequently it is 10 hrs each extra hour. By the way I passed 😅Keep the good and highly professional work guys.

First of all people managing organization has no guts to speak to customer, this morning I went to GM office. he was not even had guts to speak and directed me to low level team member who has no idea what customer is going through.I paid in full for ITIL training with certification + onsite lunch & breakfast, and they already known that i am pure vegetarian, and they ordered full non-veg course and asked me to eat saying its vegetarian. they obey my religious rule.Secondly, this institute has pune branch where they book my exam on 19th 4 PM & location is Pune, where as my actual exam happening on 20th 3PM. however they says forget about booking, you give exam tomorrow. your result will be pass with exam date 19th, it means someone is giving exam from Pune on my behalf - this is totally unethical.Additionally, in exam booking trainer name is showing wrong which they denied to change, it means trainer who is providing training in institute is uncertified.So I may request anyone who is trying to get only certificate without appearing in exam, can reach out to Vinsys. for learning and checking your knowledge, you may proceed with other good institutes in Dubai.

Ive got a testing appointment in this facility. Its very positive overall experience, convinient location near the metro.
