When I agreed to work with Shuraa, they were very organized and showed a very professional side and this continued up until it was time for a renewal. The following year I decided to not work with them anymore, and hired my own PRO and thats when they showed the true side.They are currently almost threatening me to pay by force through daily emails and phone calls and not allowing me to not renew the contract. They even issued the invoice without my permission, and when I spoke to one of their management, he told me YOU WILL PAYI am now left with no option but go to the police for protectionOne more thing, beware to never put their name or their owners name on an establishment card, they will say we need to do that just to make your life easier and later when you want to leave they will force you to pay an additional year..I have all their emails as proof should anyone requires.

I had a few issues and spoke to the manager Mr Vineet who promptly agreed to meet along with his team to address the issues - Jalal and Shabnam from license team, Jennifer and Joyce from the Visa team, abdul muqeeth and sheetal from the sales team. The respective teams took the required action and resolved the issues like removal of remarks on trade license, approval of visa quota etc. Fees charged by Shuraa is also reasonable.

I will never suggest for my friend and family members .They never gave me update never followed me up I kept following them for every single detail and still they were unresponsive and failed to give me correct info earlier they failed to put the activity mentioned and now they failed to put my name on the immigration card and when I saw and contacted them they said you should have informed us if you wanted your name on the card .I really cant understand that how come is it possible for the company owner to go without his name along with the local agent, being myself the owner of the company. Now they are saying me you have to pay separately for that .They attached hidden charges apart from the insurance and government charges keeping you un informed. On reception also, they dont mention how long will it take as they dont value the time of the customer .They dont get the work done quickly. Their procedures are time consuming and keep us waiting for long. what is this ?All my work is pending. I have to pay for my employees visit visa than employee visa. How much expense should I bare..? will you guys pay me separately for different costings and the time which I have endured..???

Shuraa has been our service provider for PRO services since Q4 of 2019.After a rough start with a few major misunderstandings (Business Establishment) they have now, after moving into actual PRO services, drasticly improved their service level.Especially Dave Tolentino has been providing us with exellent service.We hope to continue the good coorporation with Shuraa.

Poor Response now days.First no one picks the callSecond each category from applying visa, quota takes weeks time which was earlier done in weeks time.They dont keep track of anything, while applying visa when I asked why there is a delay. They responded back saying your immigration card is expired.Visa stamping takes a weeks time.No coordination within team, everytime we get new response.Todays classic example.Employee visa renewal, everything done now waiting for Emirates ID. They came back saying that the Name is too long we cannot print so modify it to short.Now Shuraa guys are saying that yes there is a new rule now, we have pay 300 AED for amendment.Why didnt they inform or apply with short name firstWhy we have to pay for their mistakes
