Unprofessional staff (at least the one I was dealing with, her name Jayaram), she is unresponsive and ignored my concern. She contacted me on Saturday early morning (which is supposed to be weekend) but still I replied to her and sent her all required documents. Once she checked and she found that they cannot do the service she stopped answering my messages and when she answered she just said we cannot do this without giving any explanation or reason and she ignored all my messages. She replied only after feeling that I will be sharing my experience online.Even if you cannot provide a service, you should respect the client and give clear explanation and not just ignoring him. It is unprofessional and unacceptable..

DONT DO WITH THEM!!!I trusted at them to open my company, paid a lot of money, and they mistreated me. they took my passport and dont wanna give back because I did a bad reviews on their website, if you do a BAD service, Im on my rights to do a bad review and warn others about your service, thats why review exist! Also blocked me in everything so I cant contact them, so and about my passport? they didnt do the stamp by purpose, acting like kids, it means I have paid more than 56k to be disrespected by the manager (Hatem) and employees( Mafaza) think million times to do a deal with this people, can you believe that I need to go to the police to get my passport back? Me neither.
