Somehow the Uber / Google Maps call this building something else ! Rooms are nice / tall ceilings / big rooms / huge bathroom / breakfast is really good / obviously the business bay location is also not too bad! Perfect as a business trip!

Located in Business Bay, the oberoi centre is perfect for business meetings, formal as well as informal gathering.They have good faculties and the location is very convenient for everyone. They also have many restaurants inside.

Very Clean and peaceful place

Its a part of oberoi hotels but this is business.tower with many companies offices inside. Its 32 story building with all facilities.

Nice hotel in the business bay.The interior isnt comparable with Oberoi Mumbai.

Only allow 15 free mins for visitors parking. If you cross 15 mins then it is 10 aed for 2 hr.

The accessibility of the hotel is very good since it is located near the downtown Dubai. The self-parking, though it is confusing, however, turns out to be very useful. The valet service is at the third or second floor, so it is easy to use to self-parking lot. Of course, the hotel is a modern one, however, little pressed for space. The reception is not so massive, but compact one. The staffs are quite professionals. Nice banquet hall, where I experience could accommodate 100 plus people. Not sure they have more halls.Loved the restaurants and their delicatessens. However, found to be very busy at times.

If you are visiting in any of the offices definitely ask about the parking...as the parking in the centre is free only for one hour.

The washrooms do not have a dryer. The office spaces are not have a proper ventilation systems. There is no room for employees to have lunch other than 1 meter pantry in each floor where there are not less than 10 offices.
