The people that work for this company are super organized, efficient and were extremely helpful in helping us make the best of the routes available. So much to see and experience...truly the best way to see Dubai. In the beginning it was a Problem to find the Station and the App dont work.

Very nice option for tourists to roam around the city... Quite hard during summer... As u cant explore the upper deck... Coz of sun

Buses every 20 minutes. A great way to get around until we were more familiar with the city.

“Best way to know the city in a few hours”Last year my nephew visited me from Holland and wanted me to show him Dubai that he read so much about. What better way for self and visitors to see and know the “city of cities”!Took this bus from JBR near my then place early when it’s still cooler. Greeted by the smiless driver and cold water. I chose to be in the air-conditioned lower deck and my nephew went to the upper open deck.The hop on hop off deal was the highlight of the “tour” that combines bus-boat rides. We went around Bur Dubai and old downtown and back to the Dubai Mall.All in all it was excellent except was a bit pricey (220 aed).

Too big

Most of the earphone jacks was not working. Then the information given was not in sequence with where we were. I was really disappointed.

Big Bus Counter open from 8:30 to 17:00, I guess

I recommend buying tickets

I had put the Marina Route on the 2nd day and have to say that both the Atlantis, the Souk Madinat and the Mall of Emirates were worth a stop.

I do not recommend dealing with them.
