My family had fun. Decent boat and food varieties. The toilet needs proper cleanup, but overall the experience was good. Staff are very accommodating and friendly specially the lady photographer and the henna artist. My mom and my daughter loves their henna tattoo.

Staff are very accommodating and always ready for whatever we need. The boat just needs a little maintenance and cleanliness for the couches are dusty already. The food is okay but not up to high standards, they must serve on the upper decks too as it is bothersome to go up and down for the buffet. Music must be up also while cruising as it will tend to get boring and silent. Overall, worth the price we paid for.

They are not so good.I visited them on 17th May.Staffs are not professional at all. No uniform, no standard.Total 12 persons and 2 child was there on cruise. Total 14 guests.I saw one person came to take 2nd time some BBQ chicken, they told them, BBQ only 1 time. Then whats the meaning of Buffet. I asked them for soft drinks more than 5 times. But they gave 1 glass after serving food. Later they gave 1 more glass.They could simply told me that soft drink is not unlimited.The cruise hardly covered 5kms + 5kms up and down. Taking total time of 1 hr 25 minutes.I understand they are not full of guests, so may be they are not making profit. But staffs behavior is not professional. Except their manager & 1 waiter.Weekend price 65 AED/PAXWeekdays price 60 AED/PAXIF you are in Group then they will give you some discount.

The trip was very nice, I didnt spend a whole lot so I didnt expect a whole lot. The reviews I had read were mixed on this. I was happy with it and so was my Fiance. The service was very nice, everybody was kind and helpful. The Filipina, hostess, Sheila and the Filipina photographer were exceptional. My only real complaint was the AC, just cool enough not to sweat, but too warm to enjoy the interior. Food was just ok, but again I didnt expect much. Would I do it again? Maybe when its cooler out, that would be the only determining factor.

Honestly I don’t do many reviews but for this one I could not stop myself. This was one of the most horrible and worse experience ever. Just to mention it was that horrible that we got dropped back after 5 minutes of cruise started.First of all the customer service is BAD. The management spoke to us so badly and so rudely that we could not take it. I have traveled all around the places and restaurants but never in my life faced this kind of behaviour from the management. While the manager was talking I requested 4 times to kindly talk politely but he continued to be rude and it crossed our limit.However, would just like to mention if you are looking for a dhow cruise experience then kindly look into other options. As this was a big disappointment and literally spoiled our evening.Also if the management is reading this comment kindly please learn some customer service.

Not good, this is my first time experience with dhow cruise. The dhow was not good, not organized, no neatness, no good ambience for photography and the lighting was so bad and was not able to take good photos. The food was horrible.The 1.30 hour journey is just one round trip inside the canal from deira back to deira passing through al gubaiba.Waste of AED.75 per head.

I booked using COBONE for a Christmas day Dhow cruise covering Dubai festival city which was supposed to include special Christmas cake, gift, fireworks and more, after visiting they suggested gift was only one per family which later changed to just for children and we were still fine with that, but there was also no special Christmas cake as promised in voucher (Spoiler alert - special cake was the gift given to children which was a cadbury chocolate).You would think at least the cruise was pleasant, but no they seats for us was near the entrance to toilet and was stinking all through the cruise, they also sprayed freshener a couple of times that too after multiple requests. Wait, theres more, food was served first to upper deck and by the time it came to lower deck it was cold and barely all portions left. And as far as the fireworks go, they didnt even stop for it, we barely saw it from our bad seats.Honestly pay less and go for some other Dhow cruise and dont buy into the false promises.

Had the worst experience with Aisha Dhow Cruise. We redeemed a voucher and went there and they restricted us to the lower part and instead everyone was going on upper deck. The manager was so rude and behaved soo badly that I cannot tell. We could not stand it and straight away got out of the boat due to pathetic customer service. Would suggest other places with good management and customer service. Having travelled many countries and hundreds of places I have never faced such unworthy experience.

Not well managed, no priority for VIPs, food was not well cooked nd very less quantity...They have very worst management system as well as they will lie about the services. They will ask u to upgrade to VIP for better services but later they will make different excuses like u need to pay extra for the services...I will suggest not to take this cruise...u will find much better than this cruise...this is the cheapest cruise i have ever seen

March 30,2021 we have booking for 2 adults,we came there around 7:40pm and the guy give us the receipt, I ask him , why in the mail confirmation it shows 8pm is the boarding time, he said come back 8:45, so we just sit there not far. Me and my friend were talking and we sit there in the bench. So around 8:14pm we just glance at the boat and still there. But when we glance around 8:36pm, it’s already undocked and leave us, I can’t believe the guy told us come back 8:45pm. We missed the dhow cruise really. They are not professional in telling exact time.

Decent Dhow cruise lasts about 45 mins, along with a buffet dinner and dances its a nice one time experience on dubai creek.

I was registered with the agent and agent mentioned for child 45 dhms is the price but when reached there they collected 65 dhms despite agents email and person responsible not even given the bill when asked and mentions that it is UAE governments rule.No social distancing followed and they are clubbing people, when escalated saying that I will take photos and post it online then they changed us to separate table otherwise he would have sold that table to others.Cruising started at 8.45pm and closed at 10.30pm as promised and you know dinner started around 10.10pm and my kid suffered with hunger and when asked for extra drink to mitigate my kids hungry they were hesitant and intolerant to give to give and I really felt like I was begging. Note that nothing is unlimited and they just mention unlimited, total experience was worst.Food quality is good. But no time to enjoy the dinner considering 20 to 30mins of time and needed to have it hurrily.My sincere suggestion is to avoid this Aisha Dhow Cruise and check out better one and read reviews before going.

Liked but the trips felt like gone so faster and the authorised people are so commercial and nonflexible, earlier than booking committed that they gonna provide us music and attach baloon for the birthday celebration, once payment done and tried to double confirm from our end, they changed the tone and asked for balloon extra AED 100/150. 🤬
