First of all I would like to mention, the gentleman named Glen was at the kiosk who gave me a list of bubble teas and answered all my questions without getting annoyed. He was very professional and polite.Now talking about the drink, it was amazing. I chose Rocky Road and it was made perfectly. Glen took his time and made my drink on the spot, which made it even better and refreshing. The photo can explain how much effort was put into the cup.It definitely is Joy.

We were Recently invited to this branch of Joy Bubble, it’s more a kiosk than a branch, located in Bur Dubai’s Central mall, a place I hadn’t ever visited before and which is quite sprawling and new. The Joy Bubble kiosk is situated within the hyper market but is easy to spot.The menu of bubble teas is quite unique and extensive and we went for the more traditional Tiger stripes tea (similar to the creamy Taiwanese Brown sugar Boba teas) & the more new-fangled Cotton Candy! Both teas were refreshing and tasty to boot.We also paired the drinks with the sweet Boba buns & Ji-pAi chicken. While the bOba buns are an acquired taste and I wasn’t too fond of them, the Chicken is DELICIOUS; absolutely loved the flavor!Quite liked the selection of teas and the fact that they’re experimenting with newer flavors! If you’re looking for a nice ambiance, then I suggest you check out Joy Bubble’s other branch in Qusais.
