CALLING THE ATTENTION of the owner or whoever. (Burjuman Branch) I loved OCHADO MILK TEA way back from the Philippines, but the experience and even the taste of the drinks are far from being nice. Staff are rude, talking a lot, they were so ILL-MANNERED, especially the ladies, so tackless as if theyre at their houses and just talking a lot in Tagalog, and singing, screaming as if they are not working. For how many times I have visited the branch it was always like that. Very Bad. 👎 👎👎

Extremely disappointing im a regular customer i drive 20 minutes to get their pearl milk tea had a drastic experience my pearls had hair in them which was definetely a guys hair cz their new staff doesnt wear hair net or a mask and are busy chatting i drove back to get a new drink to my shock the staff asked me for a proof so they expect me to keep a strand of hair as a present or what! When i asked for owner’s number upon chatting with eachother first she agreed then she said u msg on socials its personal i cant give i mean i dnt want a free drink or whatever but u can apologize or sound empathetic rather than asking me for proof!!! Never going back!!!

The best milktea by far.As for me, even back in PH, Ochado has been my No. 1 pick for milktea.Glad Ochados now in Dubai.I keep coming back to this shop cause of their Milo Dino Milktea, thats my fave in this shop! Their Taro flavor is also a must!

Disclaimer: Ive got a sweet tooth.I love the drinks here! My go-to is the Espresso Oreo Cream Cheese. Again its more sweet than coffee reaply but I love it. The Cocoa Cream Cheese is my top 2. This one isnt as sweet. You can actually taste that bitterness in the cocoa which goes really well with the cream cheese. Both these drinks immediately go with boba ❤The service could go better tho but the price is cheap compared to most Milktea Cafes here in Dubai.

Decent drink quality, incredible selection, and amazingly affordable pricesI’ve been a regular here for a couple of months now visiting 2-3 times a week so I’ve had my fair share of Ochado’s drinks. The menu here is extensive and you’d need to come here at least 50 times to try every single thing they have to offer. The prices are also very decent in comparison to other bubble tea places in Dubai, and are quite decent for the quality of bubble tea that you get. The store also offers a loyalty card, where you get a free drink after your 10th purchase.My only concern is the fact that the quality isn’t very reliable. Depending on who serves you your drink, it may come out amazing or not so amazing. This is either because the drink isn’t always shook the same amount, basically meaning that you might end up drinking a powdery drink once and a perfectly mixed one the next time. Unfortunately, the servers also generally do not listen when you ask them to lessen the ice content. This ends up making the drink really diluted and ruins its flavour in my opinionDespite all of this, I would say I’ve been served a great drink 4 out of 5 times and so will continue to visit this business. I’m just hoping a set standard for quality can be established though, because only then will this truly be one of the best bubble tea places in the city.

The delivery platform details in deliveroo is not what you expected to order a drink. I ordered a PEARL MILK TEA in deliveroo, and came to me without bubble pearl. As a consumer, you will think it will come already with bubble pearl like usual and how will you call a PEARL MILK TEA a name it self without PEARLS? just make a sense of it… please update your platform details to avoid confusion.

I went to their Satwa branch and chose Matcha-Oreo milktea. The taste is ok but what I dont like the hard to eat pearls. I mean I am just chewing it but not enjoying it. I am really not satisfied. I came all the way from Abu Dhabi. I will not recommend this.

I drink this tea in this Ochado shop many time But today is so disgusting when my son drink the cacao ones and last he found the Cockroach inside the milktea .Whats the hell is this.

Im always buying ochado pearl tea, but this time im disappointed, i order avocado,, but the taste was not good,, its like ice cold with sugar only, i dont even taste the avocado and yet they ddnt ask me if how much quantity of sugar to put. Please work on it, (i think the staff are new)
