One time try bubble tea. We brought 3 flavours, Matcha Milk Tea, Blueberry & Taro and it was well made. The tea was properly shaked using the electric shaker and sealed before serving to us. It was a good experience. different flavours are available

Booba is located in the second floor of Dubai festival city in the IKEA side after IKEA. This is bubble tea in different flavors. They have ice creams also in different flavors. Since we liked tapioca pearls we enjoyed their milk tea. Staff members are very cooperative.

If you want to try a refreshing booba drink, try this Mango and Peach slushee with strawberry booba!! Thank me later.

I like the brand Booba and wanted to try this place out when I was in the festival city. Although the brand has a great reputation, the blueberry and raspberry milk tea which we ordered werent upto the mark. The tea was watered down with too much ice. By the time we finished the drink it was tasting bland with no flavor. The tapioca pearls were hard and sticking to each other forming lumps. The raspberry milk tea was lacking the flavor altogether.If youre a true fan of bubble tea and booba, visit the Kite Beach franchise of Booba and stay away from this. Utterly dissatisfied.

Ordered a small Booba milk shake and was charged AED28 instead of 23AED. When I asked why he said it was for the Booba! Why call it a Booba Milkshake if you are charging extra for the booba?!?!???Fraudsters. Stay away.

Since milk tea not so popular in this country. I google it and found this branch and I also want to roam around in this place. Im a milk tea lover, so I bought original black milk tea. I was really disappointed because the concentration of milk tea its like 10% and 90% of water. So I decided to ask very politely the girl staff if we can add more milk tea. So she re do it again with an attitude and make me a new one but the same taste. Maybe she didnt understand. She thinks i need to add the milk tea since i sipped it like twice already to make it full. Please as a customer we can customize our milk tea. Maybe the management also needs to know what is wrong the milk tea or the staff. I was really disspointed and never buy your milk tea again. 😞😞😞

Selling hot and cold beverages such fresh fruit juices, coffee, teas, and sweet desserts. The place is small, just a booth/kiosk with few chairs and tables for customers but the juices sold are delicious and nutritious.

We ordered delivery and they are using softdrinks instead of the flavours we usually order and they only put one type of boba instead of 3 that we ordered, their phone line is disconnected to make a complaint, will never order again! Don’t waste your money here for a drink you can get for 2 dirhams in the supermarket.

Awful we just ordered 3 drinks different flavors and and they just put Fanta with Bobba for each one what a rip off for eighty dirhams!

Never was into such beverages but since I have had it can’t stop having them.... the small lil balls melt in the mouth and the drinks are very refreshing..... great stuff.... a must try bubble tea shop n dubai Festival City on the bridge between IKEA and Carrefour.....

They have given wrong contact number and their website does not open. Very un-professional. Such places and owners should not be given licence and banned from opening any business.

Had a few unfortunate experiences in this Booba. Hard tapioca bubbles, and one of their products has been out of stock for long period of time.Please don’t let your product decrease quality.

We go there everytime we visit DFC and havent been let down yet, unlike at other Booba locations.

Boba is almost tasteless and although I ordered with less sugar the milk tea tastes water with sugar
