Worst experience I ever had with the promotor/Virgin store employee. As a swrvice provider your people should attend the customer who walkin to your store.When I rushed to your store for a product, no one attended and everyone is in their own works. I approached one of the lady staff but she arrogantly told me that she is busy and she will assign her colleague to help me in getting the product.Your staff should know the concept of customer service before selling the products. If this is the kind of service you are giving to customers, trust me you will loss your valuable business.

Good place for electronics, books, unique by its style, customer servise is great there & they expanded the books area. The only bad thing there that it is pricy than other shops with the same products.

Great store although the latest game titles are hard to find. Overall nicely done and have a bunch of people more than willing to help out with everything.virgin music and electronic store at The Dubai mall, very good place to shop with high quality goods of most famous brands and good prices range, too many choices of almost all goods, the staff very welcoming and helpful. Not too crowded, large showroom space.

Bad experience with customer service. I brought an apple watch band PURO worth AED 129 one month back and got damaged with its own material quality. Its edge brocken and that metal part comes out. Today i visited to this store in Midiff city center to find a solution i have original bill, packing, every things. That manager given some ready made answers and try to state that its a physical damage from my side. Fortunately only its not fully broken and my watch not fall down. Otherwise i loss 1500 Dirham more the watch value . Anyway i given that watch strap to the manager as a gift from my sideNever expected this kind of services from VIrgin store

Great gift ideas

This my last time to purchase a product from version stores I bought foreo from version from 2 yrs and it is not working. It have 5 years warranty. When I asked them to help me they told me to contact foreo by my self. I recommend to buy things from suppliers direct if they are treat there customers like that. It is my second time facing same problem with them.

I was checking for a game in vrigin Megastore. They offered me 200 aed, after a quick search on Amazon. Ae I found the exact same game for 60aed. This store is a absolute rip off. All the products are completely overpriced.

Very bad customer service and after sale service the staff isnt friendly at all and they dont have policies to deal with the problem. I dont advice anyone to buy from virgin. They wasted 2 hours of my time, since I bought a product that doesnt work. however I returned it 2-3 months later without even using it. They told me to give them numbers or credit card I did give them the credit card I bought the product with and then they told me we cant do anything.Really disappointing

Very supportive staff. Was looking for a game and the device was UK made. The guy at the games section made sure he verified compatibility before allowing me to purchase. Excellent service

Unrealistic prices !Charging way high prices just because of their name. Went to check pixel 4 xl and found it 1,100/- Dhs more than whats being sold outside.Just avoid them.Everything they sell can be found outside for much less price.

Virgin megastore is a home to many pieces of technology and toys for the youth. Their fantastic library of books has had me buying many every time I entered the store, many of them translated into Arabic for those who have trouble reading english. Translated books like the whole Game of Thrones book series can be found and bought. Board games are also abundant in the store, although they don’t have a big range of them like their books, I myself have bought many. A very flexible store that sells many stuff. Prices can sometimes go higher than needed but the store is nonetheless worth it to go to.

One of the best all round department stores in the UAE . Have been steadily upping their game and it shows . From the modern design of the stores to the extremely functional and logical layout that flows organically. There is something for everyone here . Do check them out whenever you are in Mirdiff City Centre . Last but not least , did I mention the excellent customer service and friendly and not to mention courteous staff ? Extremely knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft . 5 stars all the way 😊

It just like the other branches of virgin megastore in the other malls of dubai... but a little smaller as compared to a couple of other branches. Awesome and unique things can be purchased from here, just purchased CHROME CAST. Well things are a little over priced but a lot of them are worth it (not all).Great collection of electronic devices (accessories). From 3d printers to juke box they have everything.

Theft and DeceptionThey pretend to serve you the best way, but once sold you become piece of **. I liked their store becuz it is organized, but when I bought the first item from them (Laptop) for AED 5400, it was making weird sounds. I returned it back to them and they told me I will receive it fixed within 1 week. But I waited for 2 months. I bought the second product again (Camera) for AED 2300, but it was very bad condition and the wires were not connecting to computer, I went back to them within 3 days only and they refused to change the item. I offered them that I will pay more for a more expensive item but they made me wait for 50 minutes on foot and every employee was trying to avoid speaking to me. I provided all proofs (Bill and Product in original condition inside original BOX) but the staff came back to me after 50 minutes and told me we cannot do anything, please enjoy it the way it is. It is your choice if you want to suffer please buy from here
