I recently bought my favourite perfumes from Menakart. The products were 100% authentic and I loved them.

This place is not even good. I ordered a book and it said it should be shipped within 24 working hours. I waited that long and still nothing. I contacted them through whatsapp. The guy was just stalling and said he will check. I got no response in 3 days. I then suddenly got an email saying the book is out of stock. This site is just pathetic. Like why r u putting up items on ur site that is out of stock? Just remove it.

I ordered from Menakart, I received an item different than the photo, and they refuse to return it, they dont even answer the email.Menakart is a platform for crooks! They will steal your money.

I payed for itune card that offered on their site , and as they told , it should be delivered instantly to my email, 3 days now i didnt receive it !!!!,their phone , not answering ,please be careful , i doubt if this site or company is found already

Dont waste your time with this online website, they dont deliver on time if they deliver at all... delay after delay and bad excuses all the time.Bad customer support and YOU need to contact them all the time.There are so many other shopping websites that delivers what they promise in UAE.

I purchased iPhone 6 plus from minakart trading llc after 10 working days they supplied me with refurbished iPhone 6 plus when contacted by phone the lady starts to explain that we buy our product from our supplier from USA.. they sent us then she starts explaining it has all the warranties and guarantees...i sent them mail which has not yet been replied.They dont mentioned on online that their products are pre owned..people just to inform you beware..they sell refurbished goods.well in the end they not only replied the mail but changed the phone thanks to them ....for correcting their mistake...thanks minakart...

Pathetic Customer Service.As per website, they mentioned that product will be delivered in 2-3 days.Even after 15 days, they didnt delivered the product which ordered. After may follow ups, they are coming with an excuse that the product is not in stock.
