Not all items have a pricetag and didnt see any signs with prices. Best option is to annoy the staff and ask for the price because it could be more expensive than you think. No refunds allowed after payment. Only exchange with items of equal value. This store could be more efficient and organized.

I personally love borders but the bedt one ive been to is in festival mall or mirdif city center i dont remember :) but yea.

Whenever u go to this place.... U feel like u r in your own world... There r books of all kinds... Except medical.... Best part of this place is you can just go and sit and read... No body will q you... Then u can buy if u want... You will find kids not only reading but enjoying reading.... U can easily find mothers are reading stories to kids... Lots of real smiles u can observe... Its a favorite place for both of my kids.... Its a feel of huge library.. U can buy if u like.... Must go place....

It is beat books 📚 shop in mcc and it is big firm in Dubai and having allot of different sections of books titles i am always recommended this place for broke the rotten ( mobile fobia ) and have a 🧠 brain rest from mobile read reading read reading 📖 it is a solution for make-up the eduction level really it is so lovely 😊 enjoy

Nice place so the kids pick something else than toys.the kids and their mother can go and pick up whatever they like while the father relax and enjoy a nice cup of coffee from Caribou cafe next door

Good collection but over the top ..a bit expensive... Need to offer regular discounts... Educational discount in the form of promotion will be a win win for all including teachers and librarians

I did not find a corner to sell Arabic books, but everything is in English, as if there is no language that is part of the United( Arab) Emirates، not advice for Arabic visitor

Best branch of borders.. Its so so huge... You get all kinds of books here may it be related to business, fiction, fitness and health, cooking etc etc.. Not only books you also get stationary items, souvenirs, board games as well as toys, cycles, trampoline, slide... Visited this branch for the first time and I absolutely loved it😍😍

Great book selection for all ages. The staff were really friendly. There is a cafe attached to the book shop. Many products are offered, not just books. Some art supplies are available.

I also bought an expensive Moleskine business diary for almost $50. It came in a sealed pack so I was not able to look inside it. When I took it home, opened it and prepared it to use. When I opened the schedule to plan my week, I noticed the business week is Monday to Friday which is useless as I live and work in the UAE. When I tried to return it the store manager would not accept it because I had written my name in the front cover. Even though I wrote my name, I was very unhappy because there was absolutely nothing on the cover of the diary indicating the fact that it was a Monday to Friday working week. The store manager refused to accept any responsibility, telling me I should have checked with the assistant before I bought it... Can you believe it!!!

Bought some great books from this place, it has a very good selection of books . the staff were very helpful in trying to help me to find the book i wanted. the kids book section is good also, if you dont find the book you want and they dont have it in stock they can try and pre-order it for you. decently priced also on the books.

Really bad customer care. the employees look like they are doing a favor in helping and guide u. it is really disappointing the service and all team that works there even more the manager . i will never ever come again to buy anything . they lost a customer .

Not that many big book shops in Dubai but this has lots of school books as well as fiction and non fiction they have a little coffee place next door

Pretty convenient but it’s nothing like it used to be before, they have a very limited selection of books compared to when they first opened and as u can see most of their stuff are just the generic books that any store carries

A combination of the necessaries all under one roof : Stationary, Books and next to the best coffee shop (in my opinion). Excellent variety, helpful and jolly staff.Unfortunately, with no loyalty scheme or discounts except on some selection (3 for 2) there is no motive to stick with them or go out of my way to buy from them.

Big store but not all books available..... customer service not good.... I went looking for an Islamic book which they did not have, I was informed they have it at their Abu Dhabi branch n will get it in couple of days for me then they will inform me.... I left my number with them n waited for 4 days.... no response from them so I went to the store only to find out they do not have the book and the person who took my number never informed anyone else that I was looking for a book...... clearly lack of communication....if they did not have the book then why give a person a false hope that it was available at another branch.

This book store is the only place close to Mirdif that sells all the books i need.Personally I love the fiction section which hosts all the new book arrivals, with an excellent childrens department and non fiction department also .I am a regular customer and seek out all the new arrivals. It sells stationery too and all manner of school essentials for the younger generation.

They are good quality books and we frequently enough buy from them. They have a lot of accesories, from toys to lego to books etc. Very overpriced, and if you want more reasonably priced books, this may not be your first pick. Good option, but the prices really let them down, so they ought to put some special offers up, not just the 3 for 2 one, which basically only includes the cheapest books in the shop. And if you can, try to avoid staff since they hardly ever know where anything is, and they dont have manners, so theyre basically just walking aimlessly around the place. I like to have a browse around the store even if im not actually going to buy anything.
