We have rented the luxury boat for our friends for AED 1599 per hour, the yacht is in unacceptable condition, it is not clean, rusty, and many parts are torn, my friends got so disappointed and sad, the photos we received from the company are not real, the real photos are attached below, they met us with the pile of dirty dishes. The staff was not professional, no uniform, their attitude was strange, they did not respect any privacy. Everyone left shocked and saddened, the experience was terrible, we received a call afterwards saying that its normal to have a yacht in such poor condition as its a charter yacht, so please be aware of what you can get

We rented a Two hours cruise, after we arrived on time they called us they will delay the trip for 30 min.The 30 minutes because the first yacht had an ac malfunction but we waited for 90 minutes (an hour and a half) to get to another yacht.And the food is a whole another story, uncooked and when we ask the guy he just gives us the same plate.Last but not least the payment, when we made the last payment the asked for 75 aed if were going to pay by card. (One said is taxes and the other said its for the bank),,,, of course 🙄Thank you for ruining our evening

Received an email on the same day as our planned trip stating the boat we were taking out had changed, then a call saying the trip was cancelled and then after urging them to make it happen as we had people from abroad coming over, they confirmed another boat. This was all 1hour before the planned departure time!Other boat was ok, fishing trip wasnt good although the 2 guys onboard were good. They must have been sourced from another company to fill in Depp Blue Seas mistake. We had planned a fishing trip with a bbq. No bbq was organised and the drinks available were not cold.Be careful booking with these guys.
