This is the experience I have got from them, I have booked the stretch limo for an hour to attend an event in burj al Arab , we were five of us dressed up well and waited for limo to arrive .Driver called up and said he is near our location .we were excited and when we open the door surprisingly driver told us in a very rude way this is not booked for you all , he was pretending he was waiting for another client , we were shocked and we were trying to call the driver he did not pick our line , can not believe can people cheat this way , ruined our whole day , really unprofessional place , I will not RECOMMEND this place to anybody , they did not bother to call us and apologize even .NEVER EVER AGAIN .
