We had a great experience with FutureHealth. The staff at FutureHealth was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, specifically Starlet. We spoke several times and Starlet gave us all information we could have asked for. The process was very easy. They sent the kit to our home address. Once notified of the birth, the messenger came to hospital quickly to pick it up. All went smoothly and we received confirmation of deposit soon after.It was a very pleasant experience working with Starlet and FutureHealth .

They are ultra professional throughout their entire customer experience cycle. Their lovely rep Nina was very thorough in explaining the benefits and process of storing the umbilical cord, along with detailing the kit contents and steps done at birth to obtain all necessary bio-material needed for storage, let alone their promise and proof of shipping out the package on the same day of birth.
