This is the 2nd stem cell bank my wife and I have used so we have experience and know what good service should look like. Thus far, we have greatly struggled with the communication from CryoSave, or better lack there of. Emails have went unanswered and zero confirmation given to if our sample made it to the locations we have requested it to be sent.

I simply took the kit to the hospital called the team at Cryosave and a person came to collect the stem cells from the hospital where I delivered.
