The place is very cozy and so nice if you are hungry in the middle of the day or tired of work and you need to eat lunch they have great offer for the business lunch for only 69 AED you can enjoy one salad and one main course and one dessert and they a good selection to choose from the will satisfy most of your cravings the food was nice and good portion from my opinion it good quality for the price rang that they offerTry the grilled chicken with the fries 🍟 their fries was so delicious 🤤 and for the salad in tried the sausage salad 🥗 I recommend it for you guys and for the desserts ho for the fruits 🍉

I came for the light dinner in here. The foods are delicious. Starter exploded my appetite with mango salad. The shrimps were so fresh and crunchy. My main course was Pad Thai - the popular dish in any Thai restaurant. I really loved dessert with coconut ice cream and mango ice cream. I got crazy about coconut ice cream due to the fresh, authentic flavour similar as in Bangkok Ive ever tasted. I asked to meet the chef prepared foods for me. Her name is Pearl. She told me about the freshness of foods and told stories about her foods. How kind of your staff!. Good foods. I suggest you come here and ask for the coconut ice cream. You never ever find any delighted and fresh ice cream in Dubai like this one. I think they used the whole fresh coconut to achieve the supreme taste of ice cream. 😋😋😋

Grand Iftar Everyday at @ostrodubai for Just AED 149/-..So, this weekend we visited to this gorgeous restaurant which has amazing ambience inside and outside. The vibes here were amazing and we would love to come to this restaurant again...There restaurant is located in @dusitd2dubai in Barsha Heights...The great thing was that all the people and staff were following all the covid-19 guidelines properly.We didn’t see any one of their staff drop their masks or gloves at all and all the seatings were arranged very well keeping social distancing in the mind...The food was awesome and it had everything for everyone. Being vegetarians we found so much to eat and we were quite satisfied towards the end with the appetizers, main course, fruits and desserts. The staff is friendly and helpful, the menu selection is nice and the taste is really delicious, I’ve tried the Egg Shakshouka it’s their specialty and it was really good, then I ordered the Açaí and it was also delicious.

Id say stunning for an afternoon. Ostro Restaurant was so hidden to us until we got the brunch offer one Friday afternoon with pool access . Very decent restaurant with good ambiance. Continental cuisine and some live cooking. Have really enjoyed it. We have seated near the pool, but their main restaurant is one level down the pool near the entrance . Do recommend to visit

My favorite spot in the area. Its a restaurant and co-working space perfect for uninterrupted laptop work. I like their food and even more the background music! Its a great work companion and I find myself always trying to find out what the song is. They also offer free water which is a nice touch. Highly recommended!

I made the mistake of going for the Business Lunch and picking the Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce. An absolutely horrid joke. Not worth 69 dhs at all. The rice was horridly dry with absolutely no garnish and the lemon butter sauce was a beggars serving. And the service was unbelievably slow. The buffet I had here 2 years ago was absolutely phenomenal. Theyve come a long way since then... in the wrong direction.

Such a beautiful place. A hidden gem in Barsha Heights. Perfect place to work with outlets around or just to read in quiet parts of the day. There are two sides in the restaurant - one with the sun shining on you and another more secluded area so you can choose depending on your mood ;) Drop your car for valet at the hotel and just walk right in.

Came here for coffee. They serve a decent cappaucino for 21 Aed. Opted to seat in the hotel lobby which has very comfortable seatings.2nd visit:Ordered a organic poach egg on toast which is ok. A hidden gem in Barsha Heights that offers lunch to dinner Mediterranean cuisine with quality and fresh ingredients. The staff were attentive and friendly which made the experience smooth and quiet for an a late lunch.

Being in Dubai for more than 5 years in Dubai I realised that this city has much more to offer which I never discovered. I started my hunt for top 10 of finest aesthetic places in the city which I have never visited and to have a cappuccino and a dish which I have never tried before.I listed out few places and decided to start with cafe “Ostro”. Entering the cafe I was impressed with beautiful aesthetic interior. I found my corner with good background to do food photography.I felt staff in the cafe requires training to enhance their customer attending skills as they were bit unprofessional in approach but may be I was expecting too much.I started with Cappuccino and I must say it was just amazing. I took some great photos and spend couple of hours until I order Thai noodles. Cafe “Ostro” and “Waise Wakai” is sharing common seating place. Honestly, I never tried Thai food before so I don’t have any experience to compare with but I must say I loved noodles. They were just the way I like it.In a nutshell I wasn’t impressed with customer service but good coffee and food compensated that.

Ostro is amazing. They have great food , lovely decor at reasonable prices. My surprise favourite is cheer burger it’s was awsm and chef Sumesh is so friendly guys srsly first time I see that chef helping the service for removing the item giving menu to the guest and busy time he coming and asking feedback from guest this staff is good for the hotel for growth of the hotel . Will definitely come back and tell to Sumesh that he is very funny and cute guy

Ostro is a pleasant spot with a very fresh & clean ambiance. We went for breakfast and coffee, which were offered in generous portions. The food was tasty, however the speed of service could be improved.

The place is excellent and the food was very good. You dont expect it to be this nice from outside. We just went for coffee but planning on trying their steak night soon. Good lounge music ❤

Their is no customer service at all in this place. We waited for more than 15 minutes for someone to notice us, then we went to the waiter and called him to come to our table. And every time we need something we had to go inside and call for the waiter.Food is below average, glassware smells fishy, and shisha is average.The only good thing about this place is the relaxing decor.

Wonderful café to meet friends and drink good coffee. The staff seemed to be disoriented, but nonetheless friendly. The coffee was really well done 👏🏼 I tried the latte and had sweet potato fries. The atmosphere is relaxed and seating is comfortable. Great place to work and have coffee.

This is the perfect place to enjoy a breakfast in the sun or a afternoon coffee. They have buffet lunch during the week at a very reasonable price. And very good food :) Lovely restaurant with stunning interior.

Very chic vibe with expensive but good food & ambiance in the middle of Hyde Park.

Food is good. But there are not enough staff, so they look stressed. Air conditioning isnt effective. Coffee is poor, though they use a good brand apparently.Fix the staff issue, AC and coffee and Id go regularly.

I had ordered the “Turkey Takeaway” for Christmas and the service from beginning to end was polite and personable. I took the food home and it was amazing!! I will certainly go back and visit the restaurant and have a meal in person as the interior looked amazing!

We ordered two hot drinks which arrived so late and already nearly cold. There was entertainer 25% off that it should work for any type of food but was told that it is only for main course. Bad service, bad food. Never come back again.

I came to this place to smoke shisha, I had to wait for more than 20minutes just before someone assisted me. i called the waitress twice just to order but she said i had to wait for the shisha guy. The place was amazing, unfortunately, they dont have coolers in the smoking area. I am not surprised why its always empty in the smoking area.Hope you can do something about this especially during summer.

Very good and authentic Italian restaurant. The athmosphere was awesome, the waitresses were friendly and professional. Prices were moderate, though. We had 2 Pizzas, 2 drinks and Espressos for 165 AED.

It was a night where dinner was not a priority and it turned to be the highlight of the entire day if not the week. We walked into Ostro 30 mins before they took their last order, and the staff was very accommodating. We were greeted by a lovely young lady called Deena who took care of us for the rest of the evening with very thoughtful recommendations from their menu. Ostro is a Mediterranean restaurant which is skewed towards the Greek cuisine. You will find the Greek classics like Tzatziki, Saganaki, Souvlaki etc. and you will also find fattoush, burgers, pizza, and pasta. We stuck to the Greek dishes and we were very pleasantly surprised. Although the restaurant isnt licensed as it is located in a dry hotel, the food more than made up for it.The appetizers were full of flavor, we went for Tzatziki, Empanadas, Gambas and Croquettas and they did not disappoint at all. On to the mains, we had the grilled Octopus, Sea Bass and the Spanakopita and we couldnt decide which of these three was leading in flavor. In my personal opinion, this is the best Spanakopita I have had outside of Greece.With the food tasting this good, we couldnt leave without sampling the dessert. 3 words: Chocolate Basil Bomb - and thank me later.

We stayed at Dusit D2 and were entitled to half board not great.The breakfast clearly did not meet our expectations. The coffee is not good at all, too bright; no hot chocolate available, room too small for the number of guests, too noisy in the morning, too close to other guests; scrambled eggs bathing in the water; Viennese pastries that are arranged in such a way that one must pass behind customers who sit there on high chairs, for lack of space.We rushed to have breakfast to get rid of it, we did not take pleasure in actually taking it.For dinner, we were entitled to the evenings, either 3 different menus or buffets. Why do not you make the buffet each night? Simpler, more choice, more opportunities to taste a bit of everything. Because eating simple pasta with garlic or a scoop of ice cream for dessert is more than light for half board.We stayed 4 times in Dubai in 4 different hotels, and for the restaurant, this hotel ranks 4th for us.One of the waiters at night took too long to bring us a simple carafe of water (sometimes we finished the dish we did not have the water yet), we had the impression that he was afraid to go see the customer.When we saw some pictures, we expected something super good, but that was not the case. It was ok without more.In addition, when you are guests of the hotel, you arrive at night and you see some on their laptop that take a table of 4 all by themselves, it is more than limit.In fact, there is a card for outside guests, a menu or a buffet for guests of the hotel.

We have breakfast and dinner at the hotel every day, very tasty, polite staff, they try very hard, its nice.

The Indian is a supervisor over the Filipino. He is a little polite. I speak to Hanna the girls in a rude manner.
