Absolutely appalling service! Virtually impossible to get hold of, fails to return calls or messages, then a day before he was due to ship our pet calls to say he cant do it! As a UK expat i would not recommend him in anyway, he maybe cheap but you get what you pay for, if i had my way and it wasnt illegal here my language and review would be far far stronger! DO NOT RELY ON THIS MAN TO GET YOUR PET HOME!!!

In 2019, I was looking for a reliable pet relocator for my rescued cat. After doing my research and all, saw a lot of people recommending Nabeel so many times on FB. Im so happy that I found him. The best thing is, hes a genuine animal lover, rescues animals and has his own shop! So all these good things made me choose him/ Wonder Pets. Last year in March 2020, my husband and I had to move to Australia for good. Unfortunately, our furr babys vaccination/ paperworks wasnt done yet so he had to stay back for few months. It wasnt easy as so much was going on, that was when pandemic started plus leaving someone behind is obviously very distressful. Luckily, we had Wonder Pets! Nabeel looked after him and took very good care of my cat like his own son! We kept in touch and sent me pics and videos to update us. He made sure that everythings fine, the whole process for bringing a pet into Australia is bloody not a joke, very complicated!!! But really a BIG BIG thanks to Nabeel and his team once again for taking good care of everything for us. Keep it up guys and more power to you all. I highly recommend them, look no further, choose Wonder Pets. :)

Well stocked pet store with very good quality products and prices are actually cheaper than Amazon. The staff is very helpful and our lil puppy loved all the goodies we got from there. Shout out to Nabeel is passionate about animals and gave us guidance for a new pet owner like us. His reccomendations were spot on!

We have a pet chihuahua. When we had to leave the U.A.E to relocate to India, we were very confused about the procedures to take her to India. Nabil handled all the procedures and documentation and made the process extremely easy. He was extremely helpful and we are eternally grateful for all the service he provided to us! Highly recommended.

We were first introduced to nabeel by a family friend of ours who were relocating 3 dogs to india.Nabeel is extremely helpful, reliable and efficient. We werent sure if our chihuahua would be travelling on our flight or not, due to an error made, while entering and registering her, she was entered as only chihuahua.Due to this, the airlines thought she was an apple head and it caused lots of trouble as applehead chihuahuas are not allowed to travel. Her name had to be entered as dearfaceNabeel really made sure that she was travelling with us, he arranged even for a backup plan incase things didnt work, he communicated the details and problem clearly to the authorities and made sure that she travelled with us and took care of all the paper work.We are extremely happy, he made sure the pet relocation was smooth.I would highly recommend wonder pets to anyone planning on relocating their pets👍👍👏😊

Nabil was extremely helpful in helping us to relocate our dog from Dubai to Bangalore with no hassles.

Prior to writing about our experience, I would like to thank Nabeel and Wonder Pets team for the incredible service they provided with relocating our dogs. We had to relocate our 2 dogs from Dubai to India and were blessed to meet Nabeel who took care of everything from A to Z. I would give 100 starts for the service if I could.When we met Nabeel first time to discuss the details of pet relocation, he explained everything very detailed and we had no questions left.He took care of all the documentation and we did not bother ourselves at all. Nabeel was the one who arranged all the NOCs within UAE and India, communicated with airlines, prepared health certificates, transportation etc.At first, our 2 small dogs were supposed to travel in 1 crate and everything was arranged accordingly, however, few days prior the flight, our girl went into heat, Nabeel changed documents within hours to arrange dogs to travel in separate crates.Once we were at airport, registering for the flight, new challenge came on the way and we had to change the date of flight (due to our documents, not our dogs). Nabeel was right there with us and made sure we do not worry about our pets and assured us that he will make all necessary changes in pet relocation documents, which he did. 2 days later our dogs were on way to their new home and reached destination safely and comfortably.With all the stress of repatriation, we had 1 headache less – pet relocation, as we were in hands of highly professional person, who cares about his job and his customers. Nabeel was with us every step of the way, from the moment we met him first time to the moment our dogs boarded the airplane. He followed up with us after we reached India to make sure that all is well.Thank you Wonder Pets team and personally to Nabeel for being there for us, I am immensely grateful for all the hard work you do and for all the support you gave us!
