They have the best birds in the market with a good value of money, i bought a cockatiel from them and they tamed it for free, Vincent their birds expert is the best.

The best pet store in Dubai. Its family run and the owner and quite often his family are there to serve customers. Reminds me of the best shops at home. The staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful but also very approachable. They take great pride in their shop. Huge range of pets, worth a visit just to see them. Great entertainment for our kids!

Amazing pet shop very clean the animals seemed very healthy they had all of the animals u could think off birds ferrets everything also they have very good accessories also I am getting my bird and three days before u get the bird they train it and tame it for u

I bought Advantix spot on solution for dogs’ ticks, flea and lice. The pack costs AED 220 and should include 4 pipettes. I took the pack and only opened it a week later to find it contains an open container with only 3 pipettes inside!! The problem is not only that I paid for 4 and got only 3, but also that I cannot guarantee if these 3 are valid or expired since the container was torn open inside. I didn’t go back to the shop as I know it is not a simple mistake for them to accept especially since I open it late enough to prove the case. Nevertheless, I am sharing my experience with fellow customers to be cautious when they go there for similar purchases. Open the pack before you leave the shop. As for me, I will never go back but will definitely submit a customer complain through consumer protection department. Not sure who else did but probably there are more victims there who chose to remain quite.

They keeps playing loud music inside their grooming room. Dont they know that animals dogs hearing is 10x compared to humans? Its animal cruelty!!! I will file a case against the groomer who plays loud noise and stupid.ill report them to municipality!!!

Got sick fish without knowing , now all my fish are dead of ick disease . Was charged for a dead snail :( . The sick fish was in another tank with other fish ( a betta female ) and it’s killed all my fish from a disease and we weren’t informed 👎🏼
