This guys are simply amazing... I brought them my e-scooter for some simple repairs (tube and brake pad change) and not only were they extremely polite and fast (they did the repair in less than 2 hours), they were also extremely honest on the price. We have had two services - the first time they picked up someone elses bike; the second time the brakes on one bike were unusable. The General Manager accused me of lying when I reported this. The bike is still unusable.

Found their info on the web while searching for an eBike to rent while in Dubai. Communicated with them via phone and WhatsApp and the briefing on the types of bikes was clear. I was arriving into Dubai via a late flight so I was going to lose a day since they close earlier. To my pleasant surprised they offered to deliver the bike to my hotel for it to wait for me to arrive and when I found it there I was super exited and couldn’t wait to take it out for a spin!The most difficult part was getting the concierge to let go of it as he felt in love with it! 😂It was in great condition and clean and didn’t squeak and they included the charger though I didn’t get to drain the large battery all the way down. I discovered new places in Dubai that I didn’t see before as I usually commute via car or metro when in town.They solved the issue of the travel ban by air on batteries of this size and now I have more things to look forward to when in Dubai! *happy camel dance* 😁

I came to get my conventional bike repaired and serviced but fell in love LIWA..The bike has got everything that catches the eye. The looks the power the ride quality. Im just in love with the bike.
