A lovely team and good choice for quick pick while in le mer

I had horrible experience at Sephora dubai mall and city walk! But this team at La Mer is always so happy welcoming customers, help in getting the right product, I had an issue with my purchase at Dubai Mall and the manager here, she was so so so so so kind in hearing me out and doing her best in resolving the issue. They have 2 store managers, a male and a female and trust me, both of them are a great addition to the team. I wish this store was big enough for me to shop from here all the time only because their team members make it such a great experience, right from the security who refuses for any of it’s guest to open the door to their promoters to their store managers.YOU GUYS ARE DOING A GREAT JOB! THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT SO NICE FOR ME!
