Terrible service, bordering a scam which is shocking for a luxury company. Been owed a refund for a cancelled order for more than a month, which Jo Malone conveniently keeps forgetting to process.

I visited The Dubai Mall branch on 09 May 2021 in the evening the service was very bad and the shop was not organised at all

Horrible service. Save your time and money and dont trust these guys. It is understandable that orders can be late due to the current global situation, but it is not acceptable from a premium brand to not mention such potential delays on the website. It also isnt acceptable to misinform customers on the phone, telling them it will arrive in 1-2 days and max. 6 days when it takes much longer - its been 7 working days and now Im told to wait another 4 working days - it was a birthday gift that I now wont be able to give in time. On top of that, the amount of phone credit I spent waiting for their customer service to pick up, only to then hang up on me - this brand does not behave like a premium brand. It isnt.

Engraving wasn’t offered, no samples as well. They even sell now small testers which are not supposed to be for sale.Among all Jo Malone in Dubai - still the best service is in Mirdiff.

One of the worst outlet in Dubai mall, if you go with your flip flop they them self decide that your not in the position to buy, almost an 30 minutes of waiting inside of shop sales person not even bother to approach us to know about our requirement. Hiring such an discriminating attitude sales people ??????
