Came to buy 3 wick candles to replenish my stocks. I was trying to smell few new fragrants but the lady asked me to wear my mask while smelling. How could I do that! So I walked out the shop.

After a whole month of chasing the SCAM that is customer service at BBW, I still did not get the refund I was promised. I had spent alot of money online and my goods were never delivered to me. Absolutely AWFUL and DISGUSTING service. I was finally promised my money on an Al Shaya card and a 30% discount promo code as a compensation which I tried to use online but nothing happened!! All I can say is that never shop online.... BAD BAD BAD service.

Extremely unhappy with the male staff who was there at the entrance. I asked him tester for hand wash and he was impolitely said no tester. I asked for smell of the hand wash he said rudely ‘I don’t recommend you to open’ whereas intention was not to open. But a polite way would had made to write positive feedback.

Extremely disappointed in your online services and customer support, especially at this time when this is the only means of accessible retail. I placed an order for a sizeable amount of product and have not been able to process my payment and order for a week now ,despite clearing cache, emptying basket several times and reordering, trying from 2 different phones and using 2 different cards...which is a super waste of time and extremely frustrating. I have then logged a complaint thrice with no 48 hour follow up from your team as promised. I used to be a regular B&B customer but definitely rethinking that now.
