Very excellent products. However me and my family had a very bad experience with one of the staff who treat us as obstruction while waiting in line to get in. The employee rudely said to stay away and we are blocking the way which is we are standing in front of the store.. Very confusing! He even talked back in a rude manner. No customer service skills. In addition we saw that he also pushed one of the customer in que because he let other customer to get in who is actually not in que and they are just standing beside the designated entrance! This happens tonight only 1 Jan 2021 at 10:40 pm festival city branch. FyI. The rude employee is the Store Manager!

They keep unwanted scented candles and perfumes on sale. The ones you might like are on the pricier side

Had very bad & awful experience with my 1st time ordering online, I have placed order online, the day that I placed my order, I call immediately at the same time & I request to cancel because I have ordered wrong items - she said ok I will send an email to the cancelation department to cancel your order, the following day, they delivered my order & my colleague she accept my order, as usual as any other orders, same day I called ask them why did you deliver & I requested to cancel already?The gentleman in the call center was not helpful at aaaaaaaaaaaaaallll & he was so so rude & he was loud & shouting over the phone - the supervisor in charge, Nasser was so useless, he said he will take action with that lady in regarding my with the issue but he didn’t even take my name & phone number or any other details? ( I called true landline number & the number not registered in my account).Nasser, told me to go return the items to any nearest branch to you, the same day when I went (oasis center) they couldn’t scan the items because the statues of my order were still pending!!! Sericouslyyyy !!!! Mr. Nasser, as supervisor how come you don’t know this information & letting me go all the way to the mall & waiting for 45mins & my order status is still pending ?!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I went to refund some of the items I bought FYI they dont do cash refund you will find out after you pay you can only exchange I never seen any shop that does that never coming back here thanks for a very bad experience

In the store, sale lady is saying, we cannot return the store, but Bath and body works Customer care guy, we have right to return in the store, when we did not like the product which we orderd from online.👎👎👎👎I have done 1st time shopping, very very bad experience....

I love the products but unfortunately, the scents I wanted are not available in Dubai Festival branch, so I shopped online & had them self-collected in Festival City Branch. Before I collect my items, I called them & was informed that I can collect my order. I told the person that I’m coming, but when I went there, the person whom I spoke with on the phone went out for nature’s call. I completely understand that. But this employee who was left there (name on tag was Hermar), whom I asked if it was endorsed to her & she definitely know what I’m talking about - dismissed me. Making me feel that I’m less important than the queue on the counter. Even before the queue piled up, I was already there to collect my stuff. If I didn’t step up & asked her to please get my order, she would still linger. When she finally found my box, she made me wait again & waited for the other staff who was out. So while I was standing there in the counter, she kept on saying there’s a queue & her colleague will come. I would like to tell her that even before the line piled up, I was already there. It would have been a done deal if she worked faster. So when this other guy came back, he had this scanner with him & processed my order to be concluded. I asked Hermar, if she can do the same thing. She said she can. So why did she keep me waiting when she could have finished my wait?Products are great but total customer service experience flunked.

Love it! Candles smell so good, staff are so helpful, and the prices are fine. We went inside when guy from store shouted BUY ONE GET ONE and we saw their amazing selection of candles. Ive never bought anything from there unless there was a special offer, because some things are on the pricey side. We still go there for the scented candles and must have three-quarters of the candles in the entire shop. 100AED, are the candles, and can reduce to Around 20AED. Hand sanitizer and hand cream and the like are available here, but surprsingly they dont have body wash!
