Wow! Hands down the best moroccon bath I have ever had. They got a new lady that’s a ln absolute professional. She even makes her own herbal mixes and body scrubs. Each one has a different purpose. Like muscle tension, stress , relaxation , whitening etc. I highly recommend it.

A very clean salon,great staff and friendly. Look for Jane for a therapeutic massage. She has a magical fingers. There is a social distance which I really like it. Great value always come on weekdays they have amazing deals.

I was able to book an olaplex treatment, hair cut, blow dry, gelish manicure and gelish pedicure for an appointment three hours after contacting Siren Palace Beauty Salon. All these services were delivered in a speedy yet attententive manner. I spent less than 3 hours at the salon and am satisfied with the quality. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, organised and helpful. Siren Palace Beauty Salon offer great packages at very competitive rates. The salon is neat and follow all social distancing protocols. I was very satisfied of the services, everything was great. However 3 weeks after my gel pedicure, I removed my nail polish and discover a fungus under my toenail. It is been over two months now and still under treatment. I was so sad because my services were great but we never know. I did a gel manicure and did not used the same color and didn’t have any problem. I don’t know if the problem come from the nail polish, the ustensiles or my feet. I have not return to this salon since.

Excellent from the begging to the end!Starting with Elizabeth the receptionist that welcome me with kindness, to the hair stylist Azra( hope I am spelling it right) an incredible professional. She was so patient and explained step by step of my hair color process, the products to be used, the treatments, advices of better highlight styles and the results were amazing.I took the orchid package which includes, olaplex, toner, highlights, hair cut and blow dry! All executed in 3 hours, and my hair looks beautiful!It was my first time and for sure I will come back!The owner also very nice and kind!Great saloon and staff!!

It’s the worst salon I’ve ever been to . Had 3 services (Moroccan bath, mani and pedi ) none of these 3 was good and took me ages to finish.I don’t recommend it at all. Take this advice and run away to another salon you will regret it .

LATEST UPDATE : When I sent them the photos of my nail paint they told me to come for repair of nail paint any time free of cost. But when I contacted them for the repair of nail paint, they told me that they don’t have any free slot to do that because I had put a review regarding their poor service.The gel nail paint done by them is so bad that in less then a week my nail paint is coming out of my nail in layers.I got it done on last Tuesday and it’s in bad shape now.Even the facial is so bad that after facial my face is full of pimplesBad quality of products, i’m highly unsatisfied.I think we have done it in happy hours , the prices are cheap so maybe service is also cheap.

This salon is the best have been to ever since I moved to dubai, I mean the best. From the customer service lady lizbeth such a sweet girl to the girls who did my nails and hair, Sita, Irish, Sanju you all are amazing. I mean the salon that offers balayage service for as low as 550 dhs with blow dry and hair treatment. Im very satisfied with hair stylist, however I was unhappy with forced up sell. Highly advising you to clarify extra fees for promo packages. If you already have gel on your nails, can cost you a lot more. And also be clear from the beginning about what services you booked and willing to pay for. Overwise worth giving a try🙌

I went 2 days ago to get a haircut and balayage. Azra did a great job with dying my hair, no words can describe how amazing the color came out. The staff was friendly and professional and the hair salon was clean. The only thing that I didnt like was the hair cut, it was messy. The right half of my hair is longer than the left half, and no serum was applied when they blow dried my hair, which made my hair to look dry (especially after getting it bleached). The olaplex treatment didnt really help my hair with the dryness.

Very poor quality of mani/pedi. Worst nail polish I’ve ever had.Blow dry was ok, however hair has no volume at all. It can work for thick Arabic and Asian hair, but not for European and Caucasian.Owner should find high quality instructors for all staff.Salon itself doesn’t look clean. Very cheap, untidy and out of time design. Ugly heads at the entrance is a disaster.

I was curious since I saw beautiful pics on their socials. It was a disaster. I asked for balayage, the lady just bleached part of my hair. Now I am half orange half grey.She even said I was the one who wanted them like this, speechless. Anyway the crazy thing was that no discount was made till I insisted and the receptionist deducted 100 aed (out of 730) Basically I paid the balayage which I didn’t have and I’ll go to another salon tomorrow to get my hair properly done. I’m so disappointed, please pay attention ladies, I wanna spread the word for more ladies not to be in this situation. Always better to pay more and get the service and the customer care by professional people.
