This is my first visit to the Salon. I was quite hesitant as I am a fussy person.However, the hairstylist Maria made me feel at ease. She assured me that it will go well. And she did an AMAZING job.Their prices are not cheap but I think it was worth it. The decor of the Salon is not very plush. Could be improved.However, they are very professional and courteous in their approach. I left as a happy customer.

I was serviced at the Vida Location. I received the best experience and a level of professionalism rare in Dubai. The ladies were all so friendly and I could obviously tell that this was a great team. Starting from the manager Sofia …. Who is excellent and very knowledgeable to my frat hair stylist Wafa… who I now cannot live without… she was superb. I must also mention the Sri Lankan young lady who completed my hair… this location will be my forever place. They are exceptional. Thank you ladies… my hair looks fantastic.

I love love love sasha for my gel nails. I have been a loyal customer for over 7 years. Staff are friendly and very well trained. I have recently relocated therefore moved from WiFi branch and I finally found Madiha who I did my nails with before my trip in November. My nails were in great shape, lasted the entire trip (30 days) and beyond. I followed her from jumeirah pavilion to Barsha and couldnt be happier.

My name is abir and I was a client of sashas for two years now...as a mom with kids I always booked my app a day before...yesterday I booked an app at Barsha’s branch and asked for a specific lady and it was confirmed in the morning the app timing was changed I went to the new timing I wait for 20 min because she was with another client..they gave my app to someone else apparently and didn’t bother to tell me or not explain anyway the girls there are nice but the management should take care of the way treating the client and giving them correct times and appointmentsPersonally I will not go back there while I loose my time and my temper because they are not professional... the lady that works for me said the client should understand that they need to wait..my answer I booked a day before not to wait I rather spend my time with my kids with all my due respect...this was rude and disrespectful

Amazing staff! Amazing service but the only reason I give them a 4 star rating is the varieties of the bio gel polish as its very limited compared to other nail spas! I have always had my nails done at Sasha for the past 7 years but this branch is the nearest to where I moved to but the variety of the color always dissapoints in this particular branch! Other branches amazing varieties....
