Staff Amna handled very harsh. She showed no patience while handling services. My upper lip turned blood red once done.no professional attitude. I went for a relaxation by taking hot oil treatment and she simply scrubbed my hair and irritated me a lot....

Very highly recommended for their expertise in hair treatments and value for money. I have been using their services for several years and always have been satisfied. Recently I had a protein treatment and the result is great. They will also take action to ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome in case something is not to your expectations.

Revival salon is an amazing experience when we visited Dubai.. the treatments were great.. reconstruction of hair treatment made my hair so soft for a ling time, maybes over 3 months.. I still have the effects of that treatment.. so is the Oxygen facial was my favorite.. skin felt amazing.. I’d recommend it to anyone.. I had treated myself with many treatments they offered & spa manicure & pedicure I miss it to the day.. beautiful place.. I’ll always remember ❤️

I tried protien smoothing treatment for my curly hair, the result was so amazing. my hair is so soft and shiny.good value for money.

The reason being rating less is staff and owner are very good in changing their own words, I did not experience the same once but twice, The best way to wash of their hands is may u misunderstood, yea clients are stupid and fool that they tend to misunderstand every time. Nevertheless I wont even criticize the staff they are hardworking and good, but some of them who claims to be managers in absence of their owner, really needs to be trained!!! This way u loose clients not gain.Anyways thank u for all the services provided.

Excellent service and highly professional . The oxygen head spa is amazing, I can feel the difference after first treatment my hair became extremely soft and reduced hair fall. Haircut is also very much satisfying which I was never in any other Saloon.

Overall my experience was bad because of the unprofessional service given by the hair dresser I suppose to have an appointment with her at 2pm the 3rd of July with Wa3ed from Jordan refuses to meet me and explain to me the raison why she directly shifted my appointment with another lady even though I requested from the receptionist to meet her but she refused for no raison and it was my first visit referring from one of my friends I got really mad and upset it was horrible experience I don’t advice. Nose up staff ,bad attitude ,not responsible
