Price is very cheap, so do not expect a lot from the salon. I mean the interior design and location are pretty old and if you like fancy places it will not work with you. But all girls there are very nice and their work is professional. All equipment is clean and used individually ( the most important thing as for me) and the work is good and clean.

Cannot recommend, especially if you are blond and want to keep it that way. I turned out to have received a brassy red color with far too dark root coloring. I have reddish hair now..! On top of that I was upsold a toner which supposedly made my blond ashy. If it is one thing I do not have is an ashy blond color! The haircut I got was also no haircut either. Didn’t cut it on layers as I wanted - now my top level of hair is this sagging layer. I got to cut it again - not even three weeks later. What a waste of money and time!

The store is clean and well laid out. The staff are very accommodating and kind. We had mani/ pedis on one day and returned the next day for a hair emergency. They did an amazing job.

Arrived to the salon in time for my appointment, was made to wait 45 minutes for nail technicians that took in a customer that came in AFTER me.When they finally did start on my nails, due to the confusion and over bookings, the girls doing my nails changed THREE times.Ladies were so frustrated and began to argue with the manager infront of all us customers, including telling her to “shut up”.My treatment took a total of close to 3 hours, wasn’t impressed and wasn’t impressed with how things were handled at all.

I don’t usually write reviews but my hair dye has completely faded after only 2 weeks, and I paid more than what was stated on groupon.I bought a groupon voucher and was asked the length of my hair on the phone before booking. When I reached the salon they charged me extra saying my hair was too long even though I told them the length before.And they try to up sell services quite heavily so you feel pressured into buying more services.The salon is quite nice inside and looks professional, but they are very desperate to make money and get customers. If they just provide a good service and don’t abuse groupon vouchers, they would be more successful.

Left with the best color and repair on my hair. Everyone was complementing me on my highlights. I have definitely found my Dubai hairstylist and wont go anywhere else. The best!

Not professional, over priced for nothing, my extensions fell off because they didn’t know how to blow dry then they wouldn’t tell me they fell off but I was watching, dishonest, spend your money somewhere else

I was told not to buy group on coupon as they will be doing without that in same rate. But after reaching they increased their price to 3.25 times by saying the results will be very bad if we apply normal colors as you have applied henna, I have told to do in group on price only, as I knew I have already done before but they were not ready.Group on coupon is just for finding customers.
