Love their service, definitely worth the money

I booked Olaplex treatment and a haircut. My hair was briefly washed once. After that the first step was Olaplex number 2, through the treatment i felt a lot of rough combing wet hair which easily lead to damage. It was on my hair for 30 mins. After that number 3 was applied and left on my hair for only 4-5 mins. Feel i was rushed as they had daughters of a client asked for haircut/haircolor at the same time. After drying my hair no leave in conditioner or oil was applied. Straight after a visit my hair wasnt soft to touch as usual after washing. I was still hoping it will be better but even now after 3 days and washing it myself i can definitely notice that it is still rough and dry. Haircut was okay.

One of the nicest place to get mani pedi. They have offer on gel mani pedi. 100aed. The girl who does waxing is super fast. Impressive.

Booked an appointment for a full head of highlights. After a few seconds conversation of I would like the same BLEACH colour as the ends, he proceeded to colour my hair. When I went to pay I was told I had to pay for the blow dry (even though I only booked full head of highlights, I didn’t ask for a blow dry). I have never attended a salon where I have had colour done and they didn’t dry my hair after to check the colour and secondly after arriving home and washing by hair myself, I can see it looks nothing like the colour at my ends. A week later I have to get my colour done again as he didn’t bring the colour anywhere near and he only completed a t bar (I knew as he was doing it he couldn’t possibly have done a full head in less then an hour as my usual salon takes at least two hours to complete. If you have blonde hair I highly recommend not attending this salon.

They used to have 2 excellent nail therapists, unfortunately I stopped going there since they left :(
